It was a nice clean room and it's a good location but somewhere about 1km east of here is probably better. The bathroom is a bit budget but it was clean and everything worked. There are no check-in staff. The breakfast buffet is cheap and we couldn't get netflix to work properly on the TV.

After not picking up the phone 2 times we finaly got ahold of them and asked for a room for 3 people and thay said no problem, after waiting 20 min for room code we come up to a 1 bed room and and ended up complaning, we were then told "if you want a bed get it your self", wery unhappy with hotel and service

We bought a room for 3 people. They gave us one bed. After trying to get help from the staff for over 1 hour they said go downstairs and get a bed yourself. We found something similar to a bed people have in tents. Save yourself the money and dont go to this hole. Staff is terrible.

We enjoyed the location but the rooms were very bad. The shower leaked the air conditioners don’t work. It was very humid. The windows didn’t have screens. And the beds were very uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for the topper we’d be sleeping on metal grates. Unfortunately the service and location couldn’t make up for the uncomfortable stay in the hotel.

This is an automated, unattended hotel. First, I didn't realize that I have to explicitly authorize my payment so the door code didn't work. A call to the support center cleared everything up.
When I finally got to my room it wasn't made up! The bed was used and the towels were spread over the bathroom floor! So I called the support again and it took them 15 minutes to find out if another room was free! I had to wait at 1 am! The new room was on the top floor and it was very small and uncomfortable. As a compensation for all the troubles they agreed to refund a part of my payment.
To say something good about the hotel: It's situated quite close to the center, so you can easily walk there. On the main square there are a lot of nice restaurants.
Opposed to what other have written, i found that the breakfast was nice and offered a good choice of different food. And the young lady there was definitely nice, friendly and helpful!

I wanted to spend the weekend in Kaunas for a wedding and booked 2 nights. I asked them to add an additional night and they confirmed. On my last day I was asked to check out as they had forgotten to add my additional night... I add no place to go. Please avoid at any cost this place! They just want your money

First off I just want to say I really did enjoy my stay here, but the service is a bit Luke warm. The room was nice and big but don't drink the water in the room (4 euros!) Also as seems to be the case in kaunas, avoid the breakfast, especially the coffee! Head to one of the nearby bakers on the strip for that.
