Kaunas City

We were very pleased with this hotel.
The hardest thing is to find the parking entrance, especially if it is already dark. Follow Google Maps but the entrance should be on your right, so drive slowly as the sign indicating the parking entrance is kind of small and hard to read. Once you arrive, you’ll have a barrier and a gentleman will come, confirm if you have a reservation at the hotel, and help you find a parking spot (can’t book one in advance, unfortunately). It’s a bit tight but doable.
The hotel itself is very nice.
Perfect location, and the staff was very polite.
Our room was huge and we had asked for a balcony, and we had one! The sitting area of our suite was great and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and clean.
Breakfast was ok as for choices, but it’s downstairs and one day it smelled very badly there, like sewers. The other day, it was better, but we tried to sit closer to the buffet and not at the other side with more tables.
The smell problem also affected our room, though. Not like sewers, but food odours (we believe the kitchen exhaustion system passes by room 202).
Those were the only issues. Everything else was fine and we believe this to be the best hotel at Kaunas.
We also tried their restaurant and we had a superb meal there at a rather reasonable price.

Lovely room with balcony, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good lots to choose from in buffet style. Couldn't have a better positioned hotel as close to all buses and bars, restaurants and cafés. Excellent value for money

Comfy beds, great location, tasty breakfast,however my last night there must have been some kind of meetings for a group. That group was very loud out on the balcony in the night. Very hard to sleep with all the loud people and awful feeling with little sleep the next morning due to their loudness. Why the hotel allowed the large groups out on the balcony past 10 pm who knows I guess it’s now a bar outside.

Had a lovley stay. Good sized rooms, breakfast pretty good and location on main pedestrian Street perfect. Has a very small pool, sauna and gym. Very reasonable priced.

Good hotel in good location. Most comfortable bed I ever slept in,better than my own. I would take a courtyard room as the street room can get noisy as nightlife starts late. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with so many choices. Only one negative is no USB charging points in the room, so I had to shop for an adapter.

It's just our flavour, but easy to feel quality in details and how staff works.

Hard to find a better location in the centre of Kaunas.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was very elegant, and the beds were really comfortable. However, I wouldn't consider it a 4-star hotel. To begin with, the amenities are pretty basic, as well as the breakfast. Not to mention that one of the staff members was a little bit rude. We had requested extra blankets because it was winter and the rooms were pretty chill, but one guy from the reception didn't believe us when we told them we didn't have enough blankets. He came to our room only to scold us, saying that we couldn't expect the hotel to have so many blankets and that it should be enough with the ones provided in the room...
I'd stay there again, but this guy was definitely a mood killer. (The two other women working at the reception were lovely)
