The overall experience was good, but we did have some trouble getting in and out of the parking lot. I encountered a problem when I was preparing to leave the parking lot on the first day. The system did not lift the barrier. I went to the front desk to inquire, but the receptionist was very busy and had almost no time to take care of me. After asking a simple question, I didn't dare to bother them...

Great location in the heart of the city. Modern hotel with very good breakfast. Friendly service. In the rooms tea and coffee are available. Also, there is very good restaurant on the first floor.

Good, centrally located hotel which is on the airport bus route (29) with a stop directly outside. Great location and genuine Lithuanian hospitality. Modern and well equipped with a fantastic restaurant that serves an impressive breakfast buffet, 24 hour gym, spa and even a casino. Situated close to a bus station, express Supermarket and within a short walk to major attractions.

Another perfect stay at the Moxy Hotel. The staff go above and beyond, are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from local shops, restaurant and the old town.

I would say I love Moxy, every time I'm in Kaunas I always stay in Moxy, I like the surroundings and design, modern type

The property was very well maintained. The staff amazingly polite and the cleaning was exceptional. The hotel was located in the center of the city very close to shops and restaurants. Everything was really good Well, a fridge in the room might have been nice and the breakfast even though adequate did not had many options.

My partner and I stayed here and found the hotel to be fantastic. Not only did they go above and beyond with extra pillows and house keeping, they were more than helpful when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay. Breakfast is lovely too.

Absolutely loved our stay at Monte Pacis! The atmosphere was peaceful and unique, steeped in history. Our room was cozy, the service excellent, and the breakfast — absolutely fantastic, fit for royalty. Highly recommend!

Restaurant review only. Business lunch was very reasonably priced. The service was excellent! The food is tasty, especially the desserts are very original as well as good taste! Highly recommended to go by after the visit to the monastery.

It is a unique place - a restaurant in a monastery. The atmosphere is very authentic. Dishes reflect the place, for example, they have a deer steak. Service was perfect, and the staff was very friendly. P.S. If you have never been here, a tour of the monastery can be combined. The tour takes ~ 2 hours.

If you're in Kaunas, Monte Pacis is a culinary destination worth considering. The food quality is notably above average for a Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant, leaning towards a 1-star level in my opinion (and the pricing reflects this elevated standard). The hotel is situated near the motorway that's a plus when ypu are on a business trip. The corridor was ok but the room equipment was modest and old but not so bad as the bathroom was.... There were yellow spots on the wall, generally the whole bathroom was in poor condition..

This place was a huge surprise. If you’re hesitating to book a night when you’re going by then you can stop hesitating. I was expecting worn out carpets and rooms that were covered with cobwebs and smoke residue. It was none of that. We came in late at night really tired and got a clean and cozy room in 2 minutes for 68 e (3 ppl). Slept really well. The toilet was running heavily all the time, I don't really understand why they won't fix it when it wastes hundreds of litres of water 24/7. Beautiful place, original and with good taste. Room clean and good facilities, hot water etc. The shower drain slow but that's a minor issue...

Very nice personnel at the reception. Nice and spacy place. I don't understand the story with the car park. Description @booking says that there is no parking - but there is parking in front of the building. Have I missed something?

As a stay for just one night, is OK.

It was so bad that I plan on returning next time I am in the area. The bed was comfortable and the artwork and variety of reading material available was a delight. I think a fan would be useful to have in summer but that would be the only thing I would change.

Somewhere beyond the halfwaypoint of a boutique Airbnb and a deserted mansion of madness, this place is a great experience for fellow travellers. The rooms are clean the whole place is nicely designed. Please note that this is not a place for kids or the elderly because of the steep stairs.

The very bad hotel is actually very good. The rooms are nice and clean and it's definitely worth staying there for a few days. Something I found very great was a PlayStation 4 free to use with a good amount of games to choose from.

This hotel is very fun and extraordinary, all the rooms have their own themes, so as you enter it feels like a completely different universe/timeline/world. The interior design is just right as it fits every theme in that room. This place is colourful and in the mundane world where everything is made to fit everyone this place just makes you feel so alive and joyous.

A crazy, wonderful small hotel at the top of a hill with a great view over the river and the city. We had the Cinderella room with the roof terrace, fabulous! The house is full of colorful decorations and cute details. Very bad indeed!

It's the best experience I've ever had in a hotel ever. It's like "Alice in wonderland ", everything is so weird and different, that it's so brilliant and wonderful. It's hard to explain, you need to experience it. Service and personnel is top level. If you want different experience while you're staying at the hotel, you have to choose this place.

Value for money. Clean hotel room with large enough and soft bed. The floor carpets may not be suitable for an allergic people. The rooms in courtyard arm over what then the ones in the main house.

I visited the place as a tour guide - met a group there and continued to the Old Town. If not this reason, I would not come here only because it's too far from the city centre. Apart from this, the place is ok - clean, spacious, relatively modern inside. You can get a lunch menu there. Staff speaks English (of course they do). Administration staff -1 ,restoran service and bar with the kitchen staff is one of the best 4+ ,room service with cleaning and changing bed sheets 5,so overall experience is good 4 .Prices are also good,especially in restoran.

Location is good for overnight stay if you travel around Kaunas, but it is far from the city. Hotel is not new but feels ok, very friendly staff, easy and fairly secure parking (but it is BEFORE the hotel!). Excellent restaurant with very tasty food and really low prices. WiFi was working ok.

The place is near city centre, so you don't need to use a car. Breakfast are big and delicious. The room quality was bad. Smells of cigarettes and our towels was with big holes.

The hotel was good. Room was quite spacious. It is conveniently located, 15 minute walk to the main pedestrian street. Also has parking. The breakfast though doesn't get refilled very efficiently. We had to wait a long time for bread, eggs etc

Basic hotel with all essentials you need. Sadly there is no aircon in the room. When it's 27C outside room gets really hot. Luckily they did had a portable fan in there. Spacious, clean and tidy room. Good Shower. No air conditioning. Comfortable Bed. No Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Only sparkling water was complimentary in the room and who likes that? No satellite TV in room. Old, small TV, no flat screen type (this is 2017 not 2002). I had a wonderful experience. The ladies are so welcoming and nice. I stayed there after a surgery and the made me feel like I was at home. They took care of me offering me extra pillows, ice... When I wanted to go around town, they would help me schedule my trip.They would even give me the timetable for the public transportation. They made me love Lithuania. I'm definetely coming back next year.

The seat is very close to the ancient city, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. If I ask, they will tell me where the parking fee system is. However, I was given a ticket after I exceeded the time, and they were also very enthusiastic to help deal with it! Worth recommending!

Great location with modern rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Free parking but you have to contact the front desk for them to open the gate on entry and exit. A little of a challenge for us who do not have a phone with euro voice service but easily accomplished by someone stopping by reception whilst the other waits. They to have A/C which can be a concern in this climate warming era.

Hotel was located nearby Kaunas train station. Though quite far from the old town, Kaunas is very walkable. Bed was comfortable.

Trip.com mentioned the car park is free but the hotel staff said it wasn't. I paid extra 10 Euro for car park fee.

I had a really good night of sleep. Very comfy bed, no noise coming from the outside, shower is very hot and consistent, that's how I like it. Cleanliness could improve in the shower but overall ok. Service at a front desk could improve with the receptionist saying: Hi, can I help? Instead of completelly ignoring and making you feel you are disturbing them.
