Forth time in Kaunas and third time chosing this hotel. Nice rooms, very cozy to my opinion. Once I even got a family suite with 3 rooms only due to other rooms was occupied. And it also has terrace. Good location, close to the Laisves pr. main walking street. Ans good breakfast as well. Price are food for the service and location. Next time most likely will chose the same hotel again.

AVOID AT ALL COST, ITS DANGEROUS
Our first room smelled like sewer and the hallways also had a nasty smell, and everything looks kinda dirty. Breakfast was ample, but of low quality. Coffee was bad. Everything shows no one cares anymore.

Rooms are ok, windows can be opened, which is great. The staff on the reception is absolutely horrible, no basic behaviour (welcome, goodbye). We had no big issues, they were just rude without a reason.

What can I say about Beat western hotels. Have stayed a few of them but this one in Kaunas, by far is fantastic. The hotel is very central to the Main Street and the hart of new Kaunas and Old Kaunas. Lovely room, clean and spacious. The front house staffs are friendly and receptive. The bar staff and the kitchen staff are fantastic. Always serving with a smile on the face and very helpful. They are so nice to talk to and always go out of their way to help with what you want. The kitchen manager is lovely and always serve with a smile on her face

Old ugly room, unpleasant smell inside, air condition and ventilation are absent as fact. Safe did not work. Refrigerator didn’t work. Terrible place. Disappointed, left same day (cancelled staying) and stayed in another hotel, cheaper and much more comfortable.

Was a group tour of 31 people.

Great location, helpful staff. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, but there is no topping for the pancakes! The rooms are spacious, the furniture is a bit old, but clean. What is disturbing is that a refrigerator or air conditioner in a place next to my room (110) was running almost all night and it is very loud! Other than that there were no problems!

Location is very good. If you are in Kaunas to do something in city, this is one of the best otel to do it. Only breakfast could been better but overall i strongly recommend it.

Good location. Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean, staff is friendly. Fair value for your money. Recommend for short stay.

Pros: great location, just a few minutes walking to main attractions; reception staff was very polite and helpful.
Cons: outdated rooms, flimsy, cheap, covered in limescale sanitaryware. I had a broken shower tray, dirty toilet and minibar, it took 2-3minutes TV just to turn on. Definitely not 4* hotel, 3* max, and only if they invest at least a little in fixing above listed essentials.
