Great value very close to Cēsis and Valmiera and other local attractions. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay comfortable by offering room fans due to the hot weather. Room was very spacious. Carper was bit worn. Bed was comfortable. Hotel appearance needs little touch. Carpark was near hotel and free. Room had free wifi.

I think Its the best hotel In Priekuļi. Good location. The connecting Rooms great also for bigger families. Have wi fi in the rooms. Have sauna downstairs with a small cold pool. Convenient for wheels

Typical guesthouse with only 5 rooms. The furnishings are acceptable, although cheap. Good bed pillows, but the mattress is hard. NO soundproofing. The restaurant is closed, there is no reception as such. The included breakfast only serves cold cuts. Verdict - acceptable for one night, but no more.

This is very centrally located small hotel - an ideal place for a base when visiting Cesis and surroundigs. Very friendly and warmhearted service, tasty breakfast, private parking in the yard. Restaurant on site is very popular - hearty portions and pleasant atmosphere. Staff is extremely attentive. Even our motorbike got an extra care on a rainy day - a waterproof cover as a courtesy from the hotel...

This place constantly has good food. I've been going there for years and quality is always the same - not the fanciest dishes but tasty and will get you full.

Great hotel in the centre of the town within easy walking distance of everywhere you might want to visit. The rooms are great and the cafe (downstairs) is also a bonus if you don't want to go too far for a meal!

One night stay as solo traveller. Nice hotel which is well positioned in the town near all amenities. Nice room and clear and tidy. Staff helpful and polite. There is not tea or coffee making facilities in the room but they will leans you a kettle.

I stayed in Cecis as part of a group tour. Ground floor room with a view to the carpark and main street but Cecis is not a rowdy place so not an issue! The window opened which was lovely as it was unseasonably warm. Bed comfortable enough and bathroom clean and functional. No tea or coffee facilities which for a Brit who loves tea at all hours was a bit depressing. There was however a restaurant attached...

We had no clue what hotel to choose from in Cesis. We had one day planned there to see the town and the lovely castle. Our choice was steered more by what was available and the Cesis, while it showed no availability online, turned out to be available when I contacted them directly. Landlady and her English-speaking daughter were so welcoming! Such a cute building and lobby, wish I was spending more than one night to enjoy the facilities (games, couches, yard, sauna) Easy parking. Seems like a great place to spend a few nights relaxing after exploring the park. Hostess was kind enough to let me add breakfast after check in. So amazing- get it if you can.

Excellent location of the hotel in Cēsis, from where you can easily walk to the city center, calmly looking around the city buildings along the way. Clean, friendly staff and cool decor

This place is fantastic! Cesis is a lovely little town and Arkhouse is a beautiful, homely place to stay. Sauna and swimming pool too! Our host was amazing and bent over backwards to do anything to help. Stay here!

Really nice accomodation. Very clean, enough space in the room, public fridge and TV. About a five minute walk to the next supermarket and about 10 to the city centre. There you can find plenty restaurants and some nice bars. Parking directly in front of the building and for free. Breakfast can be ordered separately and is prepared freshly. Staff is really friendly and treating you more like a friend...

Great value for the money. Very comfortable, extremely large room. Amazing water pressure in the shower! I wish my airbnb was half this good. I’m very happy here and can highly recommend it. However! Be warned!! Google maps will put you on the back side of the building. Go around the block and you will find the entrance.

They mixed up our rooms. Also hot water was barley warm, very unpleasant to take a shower.

It's ok place to stay. Great location in very center of the town and has decent view out of a window and the room was clean. Only reason why I gave 3 stars is because they should not be classified as a hotel because they don't have active reception and they don't offer breakfast. What to expect from a converted garage? A lot in this case. We rented two of these well sized apartments for us and our teenaged kids. But two young kids could sleep on a fold-out coach. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen, adequate for preparing breakfast. Aircondition (not needed during our stay in the height of the Latvian Summer). Quiet and nice location; 10 minute walk to the castle.

Amazing place with surroundings. Huge hall for parties or sitting by the fireplace. Good sauna with the access to the pond. Amazing 2 nights experience. You can be as loud as you want, as noone shares any space with you - you get the whole property. Very nice staff, who been helping us maintain the fireplace and heating on early mornings. Solid place for big companies with a ton of places to sleep at as well as giant grass playground and sauna.

Well-kept manor for overnight stays. Tastefully, artistically and modernly furnished rooms with everything you need. Well-kept rural nature in a large area. Swimming place and gazebo for lunch by the pond. Delicious, hearty breakfast. It was a pleasure to discover this place without knowing anything about it before and I can definitely recommend it further.

On arrival it was difficult to find the reception. The place is very beautiful and the people that work there are very nice. We had a beautiful and spacious apartment. The breakfast was included. One downside was that it is a little far away from Cesis.

Villa Santa is greatly located. Location in the middle of the forest. Feels like a real forest home vibe, but you still stay in the city of Cesis. We stayed at Villa Santa place for 1 night with a friend's little doggy. They allowed us, but my shock was even though we paid extra for our four-legged friend, they did not even offer a dog bowl for water. Secondly, my disappointment was with the spa....
