Great value for the money. Very comfortable, extremely large room. Amazing water pressure in the shower! I wish my airbnb was half this good.
I’m very happy here and can highly recommend it. However! Be warned!! Google maps will put you on the back side of the building. Go around the block and you will find the entrance.

It's ok place to stay. Great location in very center of the town and has decent view out of a window and the room was clean. Only reason why I gave 3 stars is because they should not be classified as a hotel because they don't have active reception and they don't offer breakfast. The very core of definition "hotel" No matter how many stars they possess is that there should be reception and breakfast.

This is not a hotel as they don't have a reception, breakfast and most importantly there is NO HOT WATER - as you can see from previous reviews they are aware of it but they come up with some stories that something is broken.

They mixed up our rooms. Also hot water was barley warm, very unpleasant to take a shower.

It is a three star hotel. Not top of the class, but good enough. Room was clean and big enough, pillow could beter, showercabine needs some repairs, staff friendly + helpfull + English speaking, good breakfast. Location is 2 minutes walking distance from old center. Basicly: i have enjoyed my stay at Hotel Katrina.

Hotel was cheap and they stored our bikes. Breakfast was good. I am complaining they first gave us very stinky room (3 beds). It was like somebody was peed to the carpet. After negotiation we got good room.

Great location. Friendly receptionist and fast service. Tasty breakfast included in the price. 🥣 Unfortunately it was too cold at night and the heating system wasn't turned on. You can hear everything outside the room.

Friendly little hotel, right next to the old town of Cesis. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast included in the room price.

Receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. Room clean, neat and breakfast was really good. The coffee needs some improvements.

Clean, tidy and lovely room, polite staff, good breakfast, on-site parking. Very pleased with the stay.
