Villa Santa is greatly located. Location in the middle of the forest. Feels like a real forest home vibe, but you still stay in the city of Cesis. We stayed at Villa Santa place for 1 night with a friend's little doggy. They allowed us, but my shock was even though we paid extra for our four-legged friend, they did not even offer a dog bowl for water. Secondly, my disappointment was with the spa....

Great value for the money. Very comfortable, extremely large room. Amazing water pressure in the shower! I wish my airbnb was half this good. I’m very happy here and can highly recommend it. However! Be warned!! Google maps will put you on the back side of the building. Go around the block and you will find the entrance.

They mixed up our rooms. Also hot water was barley warm, very unpleasant to take a shower.

It's ok place to stay. Great location in very center of the town and has decent view out of a window and the room was clean. Only reason why I gave 3 stars is because they should not be classified as a hotel because they don't have active reception and they don't offer breakfast. The very core of definition "hotel" No matter how many stars they possess is that there should be reception and breakfast

Great location. Friendly receptionist and fast service. Tasty breakfast included in the price. 🥣 Unfortunately it was too cold at night and the heating system wasn't turned on. You can hear everything outside the room.

Not the 1st time and surely not the last time at this hotel. No where else so well prepared arrival to the hotel. Peaceful place to rest and nice restaurants around the center of the town.

Nice, clean rooms in an elegant old building surrounded by a beautiful park. The place has a distinct old world feel to it. Tasty breakfast with some local specialities included. Overall good value for money.

Landlady and her English-speaking daughter were so welcoming! Such a cute building and lobby, wish I was spending more than one night to enjoy the facilities (games, couches, yard, sauna) Easy parking. Seems like a great place to spend a few nights relaxing after exploring the park. Hostess was kind enough to let me add breakfast after check in. So amazing- get it if you can.

Excellent location of the hotel in Cēsis, from where you can easily walk to the city center, calmly looking around the city buildings along the way. The quality of the rooms is good, towels are provided upon check-in, a small fan, a TV and much more in the room. Clean, friendly staff and cool decor

This place is fantastic! Cesis is a lovely little town and Arkhouse is a beautiful, homely place to stay. Sauna and swimming pool too! Our host was amazing and bent over backwards to do anything to help. Stay here!

Really nice accomodation. Very clean, enough space in the room, public fridge and TV. About a five minute walk to the next supermarket and about 10 to the city centre. There you can find plenty restaurants and some nice bars. Parking directly in front of the building and for free. Breakfast can be ordered separately and is prepared freshly. Staff is really friendly and treating you more like a friend...

Really wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood just next to the old City. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent experience. The A/C was a wonderful bonus in this hot Latvian summer.

Nice parking, enough space in the apartment, clean rooms. Worth a stay.

What to expect from a converted garage? A lot in this case. We rented two of these well sized apartments for us and our teenaged kids. But two young kids could sleep on a fold-out coach. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen, adequate for preparing breakfast. Aircondition (not needed during our stay in the height of the Latvian Summer). Quiet and nice location; 10 minute walk to the castle.

This is very centrally located small hotel - an ideal place for a base when visiting Cesis and surroundigs. Very friendly and warmhearted service, tasty breakfast, private parking in the yard. Restaurant on site is very popular - hearty portions and pleasant atmosphere. Staff is extremely attentive. Even our motorbike got an extra care on a rainy day - a waterproof cover as a courtesy from the hotel...

This place constantly has good food. I've been going there for years and quality is always the same - not the fanciest dishes but tasty and will get you full.

Food is very delicious but the pricing is a bit too high for me. Still it is a great place to eat, I truly recommend it!
