They were great. In the room and the house everything was with a yellow theme and a honey sample from the owners.

The mistress was very caring and nice. Just try the honey. The owners are beekeeper, too. City center is very close, but the surrounding area is very smooth.

Very beautiful cabin, in a stunning location, few minutes walk to the sandy semiprivate beach. The cabin was very clean, we had everything we needed for our comfortable stay. Outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, outdoor meals, bbq, children playground, outdoor activities for older kids, hammocks to chill, absolutely every single detail is well thought off and maintained. Very nice business hotel. Not far to the city old town. Room was nicely organized and bed comfortable. The breakfast was great. Only the A/C in the room was not working properly, but during our stay was not so much needed.

It has an excellent restaurant and a good breakfast, which of course is paid separately. The quality of the bed is very good. The rooms are large and very comfortable with many windows. Very spacious rooms which were very clean. The decor throughout this hotel felt a bit random and odd but that didn't bother us, tastes are after all different. Comfortable beds, however the AC was a bit weak. The breakfast was fantastic! The salmon was excellent, so were the fried eggs. The selection was good too.

Love it! We have made this into a regular habbit to visit Liepaja and Promenade in the springtime. Rooms overlooking city canal or promenade provide amazingly calming atmosphere. There is a nearby boat dock and some sailing activity just outside the windows. Also a nice restaurant and art pieces exhibited across the entire building and rooms

Līva Hotel is located in the center of Liepaja. There are shops, bars and cafes next to the hotel. The Old Town is right across the road. It took me 25 minutes to walk from the bus station to the hotel: a straight road which is super convenient. The room is cosy and neat with a teapot and all the rest. Excellent hotel in central Liepāja. Breakfast was good (watch out for the birds if you want to sit outside). Room was spacious, clean and cool, there is both a fan and AC. Lots of restaurants at walking distance. Beach also easy to reach. Bus and train station can be reached by tram (tickets 1,50 from the driver).

Despite the very reasonable price, I got a cozy, immaculately clean room equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The added perks, like parking in a secure closed area and the high level of safety measures (restricted stair and elevator access), made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I stayed here with my two small kids while passing through Liepaja. The rooms were simple & functional, I didn't expect more or less for the very affordable price. Service at the reception was friendly and clear, parking right in front of the hotel's door. Breakfast was absolutely great, exceeded my and my kids' expectations!

Let's start with the bad. The rooms were quite noisy, I could very well hear everyone, especially in the morning. It sounded as if someone was renovating their hotel rooms. I was simply trying to sleep... It was very hot, the thermostat wasn't controllable. The only thing you could do is open the windows, but that would let in the street sounds and possibly wake you up. Really noisy, You can hear people walking around and some other weird sound. It's hard to get sleep, and is one of the worst acoustics in a 4 star hotel I meet. Nice private parking, polite staff. The bathroom could be cleaner.

I stayed there for one night, the room was clean and spacious. Hotel has got parking space on the backyard. Rooms which I was not for smokers but they have a balcony on the corridor so I assume you can smoke there. The reception guy really nice and polite. We left the earrings in the room and after we were able to come back for them. I can recommend this hotel!

Perfect home in the oldtown at Liepaja. People visits Liepaja mostly in summer. But if you are ok with cold, snow etc. Ezera Maja still a warm and cozy place. If you have work to do, you can focus on precisely. Also Liepaja isn't inconvenient at winter, still a handy town.

An extraordinary place. Lots of historical elements. TV and WiFi somehow did not agree with them. But they were not much needed :) For a night's stay it serves well.

Another weekend spent here and it feels like a dream home - worth the price! This time stayed at the apartment house with shared kitchen - design is very lovely and original, kitchen is good and useful, the rooms are warm. We love the place, could hardly leave, but definitely will come back!

No discussions about it, it's quirky and different then a regular hotel. Room was nice, hipster vintage style, clean. Kinda hot on the top floor, no ac in rooms but there is a small an to plug in. Mind you nearby there is a "pubs districs" and they might play music in the evening or night. Overall nice stay evn tho the beds are old as the forniture.

The main sights are also in walking distance, the beach just in distance of about 1 kilometer. The guest house is located on a quiet pedestrian street. The rooms are clean, the bed is stable and comfortable enough, the kitchen corner is equipped with dishes...

Room vas very clean and spacious. Hotel offers good room service and has a wonderful winter garden (not very big, but a really nice place to drink a glass of wine and just relax). First hotel in Liepāja which really took care of vegan breakfast I asked for, even though the restaurant offers mostly fish dishes. Hotel has very warm rooms, as well its very clean. Personal is very polite and helpful, we were offered have breakfast in room, what is rare if you dont ask for. Is there anything better in Liepāja? I don't think so. The hotel is very nice, it has a private parking and the rooms are spacious, clean and with nice furniture (plus: the bathroom is very big and well equipped; minus: the beds are squeaky, so it kinda makes more difficult to sleep silently if you are used to move during the night). I definitely advise you to book at least a breakfast in the winter...

One of the nicest hotels i have stayed in latvia. usually i use Radisson when travelling. (none here) The popular Promenade was booked out and i stayed here. I am glad... the rooms are luxurious (as the whole hotel is) very large well furnished with large bathrooms. mine had a Jacuzzi tub and the marble floor radiant heat.. what a pleasure. great TV and views of the canal. Friendly staff and the prices...
