Wow 🤩 I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were the best their service was exceptional and they were always available to help. The room was luxurious and had excellent black out curtains ensuring a good night’s sleep. The buffet breakfast was first class as were the meals in the Piano restaurant. Besides bringing on the canal, opposite the entertainment center and Post Office it has buses, trams, boats, and tourist train just outside. All the best cafes, shops restaurants and the beach are just a short walk away. I wish to highly recommend the Promenade Hotel Liepaja!

23:00 Loud Party underneath our room. Front desk says Management doesn't care and allows wedding partis like that directly above suites! Booked that suite 2 months ago with 2 small children. Alternative room offered at 23:15 was above the Party room as well and as loud.

Love it! We have made this into a regular habbit to visit Liepaja and Promenade in the springtime. Rooms overlooking city canal or promenade provide amazingly calming atmosphere. There is a nearby boat dock and some sailing activity just outside the windows. Also a nice restaurant and art pieces exhibited across the entire building and rooms

Sadly lacks 5 star hotel experience. Interior of public spaces are beautiful (paintings, furniture etc), but sadly rooms are just like under average 4-star hotel and bit worn already. I wont call SPA zone a SPA - 2 small saunas, with very small relaxing zone and interior just awful. The only thing what feels like in 5-star hotel was service and breakfast (which was close to the needed level), therefore 4 (not 3) star review.

Promenade Hotel is a wonderful 5 Star Hotel. It has a very interesting, extraordinary ambience and furniture, excellent fancy room (we had an Junior Suite) and superb food in the restaurant.

the hotel is beautiful, located in a convenient location in the city. it combines classics and modernity. There are many paintings in the public spaces. One elevator, installed next to the back door of the hotel - anyone can go up to the room, so it is not that safe. The hotel has a small spa center with a sauna and a Turkish bath, as well as a gym. There are two rooms in the spa center, but only one (wonderful) employee was working and providing procedures during our visit. The choice of breakfast is traditional, it was the same every morning.

+ we were happy that the furniture and paintings were gorgeous, the breakfast was very good, the room was clean and the toiletries was provided. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.
- We were disappointed that the Internet didn’t work properly. The air conditioner didn’t work and our room, by the way, was on the sunny side, and the temperature in the room was 28 degrees, and we couldn’t cool the room down. When we arrived we noticed that in the shower was no soap at all, and we had to look for the maid to give us soap. The door to the bathroom didn’t close properly. One of the blankets was not in a good condition, it should have been replaced a long time ago. The coffee machine didn’t work properly and we had to ask for receptionist to replace it. *To be honest, in our opinion it is difficult to give this hotel 5 stars for above mentioned reasons. We really hope that our comments will benefit the hotel, since we love Liepaja very much.
