Hotel Kolumbs in Liepaya

This reservation was not satisfactory from a safety point of view. During the night of the stay, a little past 6 a.m. while the room door was locked from the inside, two intoxicated visitors of the hotel mistakenly decided to get into our room. They used their entrance card and unlocked our room door and barged in. This was a very unpleasant experience - to wake up in the middle of the night, with two drunk strangers in the room wanting to lay down in the bed and loudly arguing about why someone is supposedly sleeping in their room. They had no reason to come into this room, plus, it is horrible to understand that there is no safety guaranteed if they come into a checked in room of ours with their access card. In the morning when this situation was addressed to the receptionist (due to the original card becoming declined after leaving the room and belongings still being inside the room before check out), the attitude was very unpleasant. After explaining why a new card is requested, it felt like I was being accused of lying about strangers barging into the room and I was asked to explain how is that possible. After the receptionist possibly checked the video surveillance, she just brushed it off by saying it was a fault in the system. There was no apology, no explanation, no willingness to amend or compensate for the situation in any way and I and my partner left very dissatisfied and disappointed about this experience. I can only wonder what could happen if such system faults occur regularly and someone decides to use it for their bad intentions. Very unfortunate and dissatisfying customer experience and would not recommend this place to visitors.

Restorant is expensive , meal not for vegans or kids.
Some loudy in restorant hall, personal do nothing for quite !!!
