For two days from morning to evening, loud engine noises from the sea cleaning. No peace, no relaxation.

Great place for sailors to spend a weekend on a lake.
Have not stayed in a SPA house rooms. Bungalows are solid 4 stars for what it is.

On the balcony was empty alcohol bottles from previous visitors. Mirror was dirty. Customer service was bad. No reactions when we point on empty bottles. Don recommend this spa. Better choice is Ezari spa

We booked two night stay and it was AMAZING!!! I booked two night anti-stress package and upgraded so we could stay in the cabin on the lake. I also added an option for cabin to be decorated with flowers, fruit and bubbles as a surprise to my husband on our one year anniversary and it looked so lovely! Restaurant staff went above and beyond and we also had our dinner table decorated both nights which was a surprise to us both and honestly it made our stay even more amazing! Food and drinks were lush both nights, we also enjoyed breakfast. Young girl on reception was very welcoming and friendly both days and had no problem answering all my questions. We also were able to enjoy spa and massages as included in our package. Massages we had were very relaxing, we both really enjoyed it. SPA is very nice and clean. I’m so glad that we upgraded to stay on the lake, we were able to go for a swim from our terrace and really take in the nature.Literally can’t fault a thing and we will definitely return 😍

I went yesterday with my boyfriend for a message of an hour and the lady that massage me couldn't stop talk with my boyfriend while he was sit next to me waiting.
I had to ask my boyfriend to wait for me outside cause the lady (guieta) intended to speak with him the hole time. A massage should be done in silence so the costumer can actually relax, that's the hole porpouse of going to a Spa.
Later when I was leaving the hotel my boyfriend told me that she did ask for a ride and I couldn't believe that an employee would have the audacity and nerve to be this unprofessional.
But overall it wasn't a bad massage.

worst place in Latvia! We arrived with our caravan, with summer clothes. The reception was very bad, we already realized that we were not welcome. At first we only wanted to be in the restaurant. We had to wait until 1pm to order food. During the waiting time, we saw the hotel with spa packages on the website, we went to the receptionist and said that we wanted to spend the night in a room, with spa included. she was very arrogant, unprofessional, without much research, she told us there is no place for us in the hotel. But the place was empty, there was no one, she didn't make the slightest effort to attend to us. So at 1:00 pm when we ordered the food, we politely asked the waitress to ask again at reception if there was a room for us. At 1:20 pm she came back and suddenly told us that there is no more salmon, that it was the food we wanted, without further information.

We just use yacht. But Arabella skipper is the best. Arabella is sport yacht but at the same time useful for excursions. 9.2m long, wc. Recommend.

Location is nice and the place/grounds are well maintained and very clean, and the people there really try to offer a good experience, but they often fall short. The massage at 14:30 was not really a massage, because there is only one person and she was tired working since the morning. Shower was clogged when we arrived. They unclogged it (sort of) but it should have been spotted before our arrival. Food is mediocre at best, we did try almost everything on offer, only the burger was a bit better. Deserts were OK though. Additionally, if you take breakfast late, you are basically left with leftovers. They serve breakfast until 10:30, already before 10:00 everything was finished and was not replenished. They did ask us whether we wanted omelette etc. but the buffet was not refilled. In general, they are short-staffed, services deteriorate hugely as the day progresses and they're not hiding it either.

Nice and quiet place by the lake. Staff members are very helpful. Can't say a single bad word.
