We booked a room for 2 nights. In room 103, there was a loud mechanical noise every 2 minutes. Reception said it was because the AC in the next room was broken — but they didn’t offer to move us until we insisted.
In the new room, 106, there were ants 🐜. They were coming from the ventilation, crawling in the wardrobe, and even in the bed.
There was a strong draft that kept slamming the sliding door back and forth — we had to block it with a pouf just to get some peace.
Wi-Fi didn’t work, and no one could say when it would be fixed.
The reception staff didn’t know how to use the safe — I had to figure it out myself.
Everyone was not very kind. When we asked for help, they looked at us like we were being difficult.
It was really upsetting — not just because of the issues, but because of the attitude 😭

Came across this place accidentally and there was a free apartment for us, We saw 2 apartments and chose 1. The apartments are very stylish and comfortable. The girl at the reception is very kind and helpful

Woman at the reception was super friendly.
I'm grateful for the early check-in, this saved us one full day of vacations.
Great combination of price and amenities.
The pool at the hotel was helpful while there were waves at the sea. I enjoyed swimming in the clean water with the nice view.
AC is wisely located not directly over the bed, this allows to turn it on even at night.
Room service was also helpful.
There were all needed things in the room like iron and drying rack.
And I liked the balcony view.
Would stay again.

The apartments are very clean and the host is excellent and gives a lot of useful information. It is close to the sea, literally 20 meters from the sea. Great experience, all recommendations!

We have booked economy room and after we made reservation (without option to cancel), we’ve been contacted by property that room is underground on -2 level! There was no information whatsoever about it when making reservation.
We needed to pay extra to stay in normal room. If that’s not enough, room was dirty, there was someone’s hair under the shower!!!
Property is new and nice but the scam of underground room and dirty one later absolutely ruined my stay in Budva.
