Very nice location and comfortable apartment!!

The best part of this apartment was the location, right on the beach. The rooms looked very old with dated furniture and was very cold. But the host was extremely helpful and nice. It was also a very budget friendly stay.

Very good location and easy to access the beach. Small walking distance to sand beaches. If you are fan of cristal clear rocky beach you are in the right place. Excellent food and service. Staff is very professional. First floor defenetly has the best view at the sea and the local street. Food is very tasty and fresh. The only obstacle to this fun place is the parking. Parking is almost impossible...

Great rooms and balcony and location right by a few different beaches. The staff were super friendly and free breakfast is a real plus (it was actually very good!). Only downside is the parking situation — hotel is on a very narrow street that SHOULD be a one way but isn’t. Not a lot of spots and we were a bit stressed out but the worker was VERY nice and offered to watch out and even park our car...

Apsolute positive, service is great. Parking was provided. Apartman was also great, clean, spacy.

Bad Restaurant, not fresh food sometimes, My son was in hospital about intoxication from pool or food.

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Not so far from the beach and a big IDEA shop is not so far from the apartment. Everythig was new and luxury...

Great view, well designed room, amazing experience.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

Spotlessly clean and very well kept accommodation. Pool area beautiful with a fantastic view of the mountains and sea. Reception staff and cleaners lovely. There is no restaurant on site which is a shame. Having somewhere on hand to grab a drink or something to eat would of made the stay even better. This Aparthotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the amount of steps...

I had amazing time during the stay. Room was comfy, everything was new and on place. The view that you have from pool is amazing and relaxing, we was 5 days in hotel and now we are full of energy! Good job guys, keep in this direction, even better if it’s possible! :) See you soon, we will come back for sure!

Rooms are big and comfy, feels like you are in your apartments, not in a hotel. And the staff is always glad to help. I was in a need to print my boarding passes and asked them, they printed it right away

Beautiful little boutique hotel which is very nicely decorated. Only 4 floors, lovely pool and little roof terrace. It has a lift and our standard room had everything you need, hair dryer, kettle, fridge. I would definitely visit again and recommend. No idea why it only currently scored 3.5 out of 5!!!

Beautiful quiet hotel in Budva. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained and very clean! Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks.

A five star review for this wonderful hotel. From my initial booking, through to my stay,everything was perfect. My room had everything I needed and was exceptionally clean and super modern. Really liked that there was a fridge, and kettle in my room and the balcony was wonderful to sit out on. I also liked how the interior of the hotel was also decorated, and the pool and entrance way so beautifully...

The hotel is well placed, close to beach, stores and restaurants. We did not notice any trafic noice when trying to sleep. Staff was very polite and helpfull when we needed something. Our room felt clean and well maintained. Wifi and good aricon. Would recomend.

Myself and my girlfriend spent a week in Casa Mia, Budva and despite the previous four reviews all being negative we found they could not have been different to our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Volimyr (apologies if spelled incorrectly) and the location and property itself was great. Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The place is quiet and calm. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level. The house is new - an elevator, mirrors, intercom and other amenities are present. Recommend!

Since we were the first tour, the accommodation took place immediately upon arrival. Nice furnished rooms, shower. Corner with toilet together, small kitchen with cooking facilities, and of course a functional climate in each room. Great apartment with sea views. Helpful staff and the owner in particular. Of the minuses - the wait staff doesn't know either Russian or English, but if you need something - always help, the main gesture to show :)

great view of the sea and the promenade. located not far from the largest supermarket in Becici where you can buy meat and next to pogorelich it. the room is not very huge, for good and fresh repair. saddened that much buzzed toilet, had a chance to get used to...

In general, everything is fine, the sea is close, from the second floor the views are beautiful - the sea, the mountains, all of Budva are in full view. In a minute of walking there is a good dining room, a megastore, a bar, a pizzeria. Of the minuses - very bad internet, speed is close to zero. If you sleep with the windows open, the noise of the condes of the megastore interferes.
