This Hotel is a very special place. The Staff is very friendly, the rooms are so nice. It has a really nice spa area. The Restaurant is very deliciois. It deserves 5 Stars

4 star hotel with 5 star service, I'd like to particularly highlight the quality service by the gentleman who welcomed us during our stay starting July 24

The hotel also arranged for a driver to conveniently park/pick up our car whenever we needed it from a secure garage for free, which was a welcome surprise (be warned though that driving within the town during peak season is an adventure)

This hotel is a very good choice. It has a good location, there are many restaurants nearby, but I can recommend the Zeta hotel's own restaurant, the dinner and the breakfast were very delicious here

We left our car on the parking near the hotel and we had a keys to close our parking place. One thing which was bad - the lifts. I need three days to realize on which stage I live

Beautiful hotel! We had an apartment with three bedrooms and a kitchen. Cleaners work by the best way. It was possible to leave expensive things there and nobody took them away

But I cannot set less than 5 stars because of this

With a great sea view, rooms are very clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. 5 min walk to the beaches. Helpful staff is a bonus.

Special thanks to Andrei for his hospitality and his kind help with our non-trivially last minute booking request :) I missed a coffee machine a bit (simple capsule machine would do) and found the road to be noisy at nights - if you prefer to sleep with open windows (you don't, not in August anyway) - otherwise had nothing to complain about

There are few shops nearby where you can buy some food. And there are many restaurants on the beach where you can enjoy delicious food. Staff is very nice, polite and helpful

There are 2 decent mini-markets and 2 restaurants within 10 minutes walk (we liked Atlantica more than Palm) with more choices if you walk 10 minutes more

Although was in a quiet place was really close to the bus station that can take you to Budva or Sveti Stefan and also close to the beach

Average hotel. The staff are very nice, but the rooms are old and pretty worn out. The breakfasts are tasty, but monotonous. You can walk to Budva in about an hour.

The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Not so far from the beach and a big IDEA shop is not so far from the apartment. For us the parking was free in the garage

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Although, as already written earlier, you need to walk a little to the beach, for us this was not a significant minus, since it is very noisy near the beach and we preferred silence in the room :) Before checking in, we were warned that breakfasts are ordered from a nearby restaurant, so this is not was news to us

Parking near the beach is paid, but I don’t think this is something surprising, since it is difficult to find free parking in Europe, and you just don’t want to leave your car somewhere

To get to the sea, you need to go down the stairs and cross the road. We drove up by car, right next to the beach there is a large parking lot, so there is where to leave the car

We rested in an apartment with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The view is just great! The room is clean, daily cleaning is carried out, the entire territory is guarded

The rooms themselves are small but cozy and clean. Garbage was taken out every day, towels were changed every other day, bed linen - once a week. The air conditioners worked well. The studio had everything in the kitchen

Nearby there is a large store, a grill, a tour agency, small cafes, fruit stalls, in general, everything you need for a quiet life :) lived in 2 rooms because ours was released a little later, we learned about this at home

This is the perfect place to stay in Montenegro. It is close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. You Can relax in the quiet and cozy surroundings. Nice pool and perfect bar with cheap cocktails and they are very good

There is not a kitchen in all of them though. There is a pool, bar and restaurant. All cheep and serves decent food. The only downside was the shower in our room, it was leaking and a little broken

The best place I have seen in Rafailovichy and Budva. Fish and shrimps were delicious 😋! And homemade wine was something not from this planet. And atmosphere was like you at home.

We came here several times and every time meal was perfect. The size of one meal was so big that two sets were enough for three persons. The service here is provided in English, Russian and Serbian languages

We took dorada, sea bass, Shopsky salad and 0. Very tasty, though too much oil. We also tried chorba soup and palachinki. Service is much better than in coast-side cafes

Food is really tasty and price is quite affordable. Restaurant offers a set menu for 6 euros: one of several main courses (chicken, veal or pork meat), soup and salad

The views from the room turned out great, but it would be more beautiful if you cut down a branch of a wonderful olive tree a little. In room 14, where we lived has its own mini-kitchen

What is important in the afternoon was the shade on the large balcony. What surprised us was that they were cleaning the floors every day, throwing garbage and changing towels. One large and one small towel per person

The apartments are clean, spacious and fully equipped. Towels are changed regularly and employees try to meet everything that is needed. Parking is provided while the wi fi signal coverage is extremely good.

We went to the first beach as soon as it got down and it's great. They have toilets, showers and a place to rent deck chairs but also a place for private deck chairs. I can only say that I am a positive experience
