Hotel is nice but missing basic amenities… no toothpaste, no iron provide, they have a onsite laundry service at extra charge, rooms are very small.. for the price they don’t provide basic amenities, location is prime, beach footsteps away… about half hour to main town attraction walking …breakfast and dinner buffet have many choices and is well worth it, breakfast is included lunch and dinner are...

This hotel has great potential but is in renovation phase. we were group of 14 people with 5 rooms , everyone room was a little different in comfort. 1 big minus is the hotel IS NOT air conditioned , its merely a chiller or fan - we were sweating a lot. service by most employees is very good except the reception.

Price was 30€/adult & child. Not allowed to being your own drinks or snacks. Lockers available, clean facility, menu suitable for mostly children.

Everything was amazing. The apartment was very clean, furniture was new. The apartment have everything you could need, are spacious and clean.The view was beautiful. Nice pool area. Although was in a quiet place was really close to the bus station that can take you to Budva or Sveti Stefan and also close to the beach.

We spent wonderful holidays in this Apart-Hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had booked a room with a sea view, the view was amazing! We enjoyed our time next to the swimmimg pool. There are few shops nearby where you can buy some food. And there are many restaurants on the beach where you can enjoy delicious food. Staff is very nice, polite and helpful.

Average hotel. The staff are very nice, but the rooms are old and pretty worn out. The breakfasts are tasty, but monotonous. You can walk to Budva in about an hour.

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!

A very decent place! Located in a quiet area of ​​Budva. To the sea about 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. Super, as we expected

In general, everything is fine, the sea is close, from the second floor the views are beautiful - the sea, the mountains, all of Budva are in full view. In a minute of walking there is a good dining room, a megastore, a bar, a pizzeria. Of the minuses - very bad internet, speed is close to zero. If you sleep with the windows open, the noise of the condes of the megastore interferes.

Becici was one of our stops coming all way from Canada. Mitende - short and sweet great place unfortunately we where staying only 3 days but location , cleanliness of rooms and beautiful views from top floor is priceless.

Not a bad town, good restaurants, many beaches, but the promenade is mediocre, reminiscent of Sudak.

This is the perfect place to stay in Montenegro. It is close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. You Can relax in the quiet and cozy surroundings. Nice pool and perfect bar with cheap cocktails and they are very good. The service is so good. Very kind. Especially Philip made our stay fantastic. Our room was good with an amazing view.

Great place. Nice rooms. There is not a kitchen in all of them though. There is a pool, bar and restaurant. All cheep and serves decent food. The only downside was the shower in our room, it was leaking and a little broken. Super friendly staff that makes you feel welcome. The place has good Wi-Fi with coverage all over the place. The best place I have seen in Rafailovichy and Budva. Fish and shrimps were delicious 😋! And homemade wine was something not from this planet. And atmosphere was like you at home.

Nice place, although I did not eat anything fancy, what we ate was very nice, there home made wine was the best we had in Montenegro. However, not the place to go to of you want to stay out late, we felt like we were intruding when it got to 22.00.

Lovely place, absolutely superb when everything around it is in bloom. Really good cooking, simple and tasty dishes. Love the service and attitude! And the prices are decent, perhaps even small for the volume and quality of the provided food! We enjoyed it a lot!

Food is really tasty and price is quite affordable. Restaurant offers a set menu for 6 euros: one of several main courses (chicken, veal or pork meat), soup and salad. We came here several times and every time meal was perfect. The size of one meal was so big that two sets were enough for three persons. The service here is provided in English, Russian and Serbian languages.

We took dorada, sea bass, Shopsky salad and 0.5 l of homemade white wine. All these costed 30 euro. Very tasty, though too much oil. Dorada has more tender meat. We also tried chorba soup and palachinki. Very good. Service is much better than in coast-side cafes.

this was an excellent choice for us. The apartment is within a very short walking distance to the beach and has a magnificent open sea view over the old town and the island. it's clean, comfortable and has a dedicated parking spot. The hosts were kind, attentive and easy to communicate with. My warmest recommendation!

Very nice place...close to beach

We go every year, and I hope we will this year too. The villa is in an excellent and quiet place near the beach, separated from city and traffic noise. The owners are good and pleasant people, as well as the hardworking staff.
