The hotel is in a quiet place, about an eight-minute easy walk from the beach. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the staff is very friendly. The room is equipped like a studio, but you have the option of using the private bathroom in the villa "Lara".

For price that we paid, it is great. Yes, rooms are old, but everything was clean. There was a problem with mini fridge and they change it right away. For me , food was great. You have few diferent meals, so there must be something that you will like. Pool is great for kids. Hotel is completly renovated on the outside. This fall they say, they will also renovate rooms.

Visited from August 1 to August 12. I liked everything very much. Wonderful, friendly hosts. A cozy room, everything is there for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, cleaned regularly. Recommended.

Nice and comfy place, it is on centre of everything, beach, city centre, supermarket. The only one complaint is that fridge is not working good, but I suppose that they solved this now.

Just got back from vacation and stay at villa Smilja in Sutomore. I heartily recommend it for cleanliness, friendly service, swimming pool and the best food we've had in various places so far !!!!

The rooms and facilities of the facility are a plus. The behavior of the owner who is watching from the side is puzzling. It did not bother us particularly, but the earlier opinions did not come from nowhere, that this is the object of a "big" brother. 😉

The apartment is very close to the rail and bus station. The beach is close as well. It was very clean and the air-conditioning was doing a great job during those hot days.

The views from the top rooms are amazing. On the balcony our room had two sunbeds, umbrella and table with two chairs. Also in room there are safe-lock, hairdryer, Kettle and kitchen corner with all equipment. Villa has direct entrance to the sea, with sunbeds and umbrellas. And for the main street with shops there are only 10 minutes walk.
