The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC. I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning. A nice guesthouse with a good location We had a really nice stay in Budva. The guesthouse was nice, comfortable and clean and the host was really helpful and nice. It was within walking distance to everything we needed, and it was really nice (and necessary) with air condition. The shops were right around the corner (a two minutes walk) and the nearest ATM could be seen from the entrance of the restaurant...

The distance to center of Budva is around 1.5 maximum. Lots of stores and places to eat around. Very friendly owners and staff. Very good breakfast options, very good drinks (Virgin Mojito is great!). Nice rooms, comfy beds, wi-fi and A/C. Definitely a place to recommend for a good price.

The room was comfortable with a fridge, kettle and a small balcony. A good choice of breakfast of the menu. Le Marco is situated in suburb of Budva close to the main bus terminal and a twenty minutes walk to the old town. The food in the restaurant serves acceptable food at a reasonable price. There are no parking spots near the area and, as we discovered, parking on the street is illegal in Budva. Our rental car was totaled by the police while parked next to the hotel. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived but they put us in another bedroom eventually. The room was extremely clean, the Russian lady who works there is lovely and the location is only a 7min walk to the beach...

When I showered, the water came out cold and it was so cold. I asked the next day and they told me how to do it. In the evening, the heating didn't work and it was so, so cold. I opened the window and pulled the curtains, but they fell down without any strength, which was embarrassing. I was embarrassed because people in the building next door could see me. I managed to block it a little. I don't recommend...

We really liked the location of the villa, the hospitality of the hostess Snezhana, the spacious balcony and room, and the availability of dishes. We recommend this place to stay in Budva.

The Guesthouse is located inside the Old Town which is great. There is a souvenir shop with the same name, so you enter there and do the check-in. There isn't any elevator but the girls are nice, polite and willing to help. The room was spacious and had all amenities. A very cozy stay with professional and generous hosts. Perfect location for a stay in Kotor to discover the city & region. Also shoutout to restaurant La Catedral Pasta Bar. The long line (all evening) was warranted - so make a reservation or show up on time

Good view from the window. Contact the host in advance about checking in. Very steep stairs. There is a "club" with wild music nearby. Check in only if you came to club) There was no hair dryer, Wi-Fi and the TV did not work. The air conditioner did not cope. It was cold.

The location is great. Cleanliness and service are excellent. Right in the very center of the old city. For non-athletic people and elderly people it may be uncomfortable to go up to the room, the stairs are very steep. Another personal disappointment: we were not able to have breakfast, because the reception opens at 9, although it is written in the room that breakfast starts at 7.30. We left hungry...

Right next to the beach with an absolutely amazing view,5 min walk to the old town and shops, clean rooms and lovely staff and host!

Perfectly located from the old town (i.e., far enough from the crowd and close enough to everything) and 15 min walking distance from the bus station, in Dobtota. It's overlooking the sea and morning views are superb. Clean, well maintained and organised to cook thank to a well equipped shared kitchen. I stronhly recommend.

The room is clean, but the shared bathroom is small. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. The main gate is not easy to find. There is a small door with access control just after passing the building, which is very inconspicuous. There are many travelers from different countries to make friends with. City tax is 1 euro per person per day. There is no elevator, so the luggage has to be carried upstairs

Great hosel Amazing service, shared rooms are clean and comfy, WiFi was amazing, the bathroom is shared but clean and you’ve got everything you need, shower gel provided. Shared kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is amazing, literally across from Kamelija shopping centre and Voli supermarket.

Central location with comfortable bed and views of the bay

The location is very good but unfortunately the rooms are not as they appear in the photos and open onto a common terrace and therefore it is very difficult to ventilate the rooms, it is dark and the rooms are not clean.

Pros: Vila is in a convenient location, close to the old town. Relatively inexpensive. Cons: the room is damp. The plaster is falling off. The mattress needs to be changed, you can feel the springs, and the old refrigerator hums very loudly.

It was a very pleasant experience. As others mentioned, the staff is very friendly and professional. Keep in mind that the hotel is located farther away from the main beach and restaurants and bars area (about 15 min).

Beautiful new Hotel surrounded by pure nature and mountains, only a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach, where sunbeds and umbrellas for Hotel guests are provided . We’ve spent eight days - by far not enough. My wife has booked the hotel. My first impression was a very friendly welcome at the reception. Fantastic experience thanks to the wonderful staff. The welcome was very warm and a quality of service that was unmatched during our stay in Montenegro. The rooms are large and clean (and cleaned daily to a high level). Cannot recommend it enough. We would love to come back again.

Everything is really nice here, except you will have to walk on a stairs for a while because the apartment is up on the hill, just like most of the houses. Perfect view on the sea. Great price for quality you get. Housekeeper was very nice and help us whenever we needed. Main bus station is 5-7 minutes walking, super market same and well as beach. Only oroblem is getting back from the beach, upstairs (but that's Herceg Novi). Great place for vacation.
