Hotel rooms need immediate renovation. Hotel is far away from Budva and there is no public transportation. You have to take a taxi or rent a car. Breakfast is not bad but not very good , it could be much better.

coming often to eat food here, the waiters are quick and the service is 5/5, the waiter DAVID was always quick to serve us and nice to me and my friends. food is excellent, my favourite is funghi pizza, portions average at 15-20€ and are about 350-400g. there is an inside and the outside seating, they will always ask if you like the food which you WILL. place is quiet and calm, not crowded often.

I would like to thank Hotel Gradska for being so kind and understanding. I had a death in the family which I needed to go back home for and the Hotel could not have been any kinder or more understanding and attempting to help me at this very emotional time. This is an unpretentious hotel, but they do everything right. A friendly welcome from mother and daughter, very clean rooms and common parts, and a simple but very good breakfast. Very spacious though slightly dated room and Hotel. Very helpful reception staff. Fantastic hot water available in lovely bathrooms. Walks from Hotel reasonably close to access and a gorgeous Alpine Meadow across from Hotel. We walked the Wolf Trail which was delightful.

The host was polite, helpful and friendly. The place was central but very quite with balcony. The accomodation had excellant facilities. We love staying there and will book it again if needed as it was an excellant experience.

Clean and well-kept rooms, a stone's throw from the center of Cettinje. The hostess welcomed us very warmly, enthusiastic to be able to speak Italian: as soon as we settled down, she sweetened our arrival with a snack based on dates, fresh fruit and juice. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Great hotel with a lovely garden and free parking. The room decor was a bit simple, but spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small but it was also clean. The best part of the staying was its friendly and attentive owner, a very nice guy who offered us helpful recommendations. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience and we totally recommend this place.

I will recommend to everyone, cheap and great stuff. Beds are comfortable, they have AC, and the location is ok.

The place great,but it is far away from the beach - of course if U arrived by car, it would not be a problem. The atmosphere was great as well, even if owner has an odd sense of humor and to tell U the truth sometimes he was too much for us.

Were in this apartment from 3 to 14 June, 8 points out of 10. Cozy courtyard, a Russian-speaking host Ivan loves Russian and watered their brandy in their cooking. Rooms on the second floor are most convenient. The place spoils the unfinished end of the hotel. I recommend to visit.

Very nice apartment and very clean. The Kitchen is not good equipped. If you want to cook you need at least some good knives. You have everything at your disposal: sauna, fitness room, pool, garage. Neat Villa. The rooms are small, but for two there is enough space, the repair is fresh, the furniture is new. Breakfast is delicious, varied. There is only one minus for me: the villa is 15 minutes walk from the beach, but it is on a hillock, it is hard to go uphill in the heat.

Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.
