A wonderful place to stay, in the heart of the walled city.
Daria at check in was super helpful, providing details of restaurants, cafés and the best coffee in Montenegro.

The room contains everything that you could possibly want for a great stay. Large comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, TV. Large modern bathroom
The rooms have been tastefully decorated and updated with modern facilities.
A truly wonderful place to stay 👍

Very clean and comfortable bed. Easy to reach in the old town. Owners are great, they help you with anything and guide you honestly.

The Guesthouse is located inside the Old Town which is great. There is a souvenir shop with the same name, so you enter there and do the check-in.
There isn't any elevator but the girls are nice, polite and willing to help.
The room was spacious and had all amenities. There was a big bottle of water for free, a small bottle of Prosecco still for free, little chocolates, coffee and tea which is great.
Tap water is drinkable. Towels can be changed upon request. Wifi is great.
There is AC, and if you keep the windows closed the noise can be reduced.

A very cozy stay with professional and generous hosts. Perfect location for a stay in Kotor to discover the city & region. Also shoutout to restaurant La Catedral Pasta Bar. The long line (all evening) was warranted - so make a reservation or show up on time

The hotel is a bit hard to find if it is your first time in kotor. After you enter old town which you can do from both entrances but the one close to the gas station where you enter the city is closer to the hotel ,you can open google maps and find the souvenir shop which is named guesthouse. This souvenir shop is actually the building which the hotel rooms are in. After entering the souvenir shop, the cashier register area is basically the check in desk for the hotel. You must pay 1.5 euro daily per person as the city tax while entering the hotel. The concierge took us to our room, which was on the 3 rd floor, obviously it is an ancient building so no elevators are present. The room was quite lovely and the building is made from rocks entirely which makes it a very nice experience. The only issue for us was that towels and room keeping are only done once in two days and this wasn’t sufficient enough for us, also the bathroom has a disturbing smell once in a while, we couldn’t figure out what it was but since it wasn’t that strong we weren’t as bothered. In the room next to the window there was an area where you could sit and enjoy the view outside, that was lovely for us because we watched the rain while sitting next to the window sill. Another thing is that it is quite noisy during the day and nights because the hotel is in the center of old town , this is a huge advantage location wise but the handicap is that there is loud noise coming to your room while you are sleeping. After closing the windows the noise was tolerable and did not bother us but if you are a sensitive person this may be a problem for you. One thing i would like to complain about is that on a Sunday evening we couldn’t find water anywhere and asked the hotel but they did not help us out and no water was provided. Other positive sides to the room is that the bed is very big and comfy and there is a fridge which you can use. All in all we enjoyed our stay and it was a good experience for us.

This is tricky review because loved Kotor and when I met the manager of Antika, once the day after I checked in he was nice and made great suggestions. However on day I checked there was nobody there to welcome me and local restaurant had to call someone to let me in. Although amazing 13th century building there are several steep steps to apartment. Also on last day had no electricity to my room, which was challenging as little natural light in my room. Did enjoy my stay overall but not problem free and generally nobody around to tell any issues to.

What a delightful guest house! Easy to find in the heart of the charming old city, really well located, in the midst of restaurants, shops and bars, and a short walk to the seafront. The manager Boban was so kind and helpful, especially with use of the kitchen, and telling me the best places to visit. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom. Hope to return for a longer stay.

Excellent location (pedestrian area in the center) but difficult to reach and uncomfortable due to steep stairs especially if there are suitcases. To tell the truth, the very kind girl at the reception offered to help us bring them. The reception is divided in half with a souvenir shop and if you are unlucky (like me) you have to wait for customers to be served to check in. The rooms are very small and on one side of the bed the bedside table and electrical socket are missing. The bathroom is very small and with a noisy fan. The excessive cost for the quality of the structure.

I don't recommend this place at all. I made the reservation directly with them, serious mistake. First they wanted to charge me more than Booking, when I told them, they adjusted the price but claiming that Booking had an error 🙄. A week before my arrival, I sent them an email confirming the reservation. They told me it was ok. Finally when we arrived in Kotor, the receptionist greeted us and accompanied us to a seedy alley, full of rotten smell, where there was a tiny staircase that supposedly led to an apartment where they thought “I would feel more comfortable.” Imagine, having booked a deluxe room, having a stroller and a young daughter, why on earth would I feel more comfortable there?!? What probably happened is that I made the reservation with them and they did not cancel the room in booking, so they have been superseded. They sent me to that pigsty of hell. They are criminals. I had to stay there because I had no other option even though I searched and asked about the old town. They gave me a discount but it wasn't enough to compensate for the bad time and terrible stay we had in beautiful Kotor. I hope karma takes care of these horrible people and place. PS: at night there was NOT ONE light on that staircase of death, I'm grateful that it will be the city of Los Gatos because otherwise, it would be full of rats. PS2: On the second day they sent someone to fix the toilet, not only did they not warn and the guy got in while we were there, but he left everything dirty, left us without toilet paper and no one came to solve it.

Location!! Oh my. PERFECT! Such an easy walk from the bus station and into the walled city to Antika Guesthouse.

Nice secure room. View of the stone street below.

Very comfortable bed! And spacious room. Bathroom with large shower was luxurious.

Our room (room #1) had a nice sofa. Two large windows for nice light.

There is a shared kitchen and it was very clean.

Nikola and his staff were most welcoming.

Overall this place was AMAZING!!
