Step to Kotor bay Guesthouse

Best location if you want a hostel in Kotor. Private seawater pool, which explains the price for the rooms. Very modern and clean facilities and a friendly owner who shared some beers with his guests later in the evening at the pool.

Couldn’t give a better review on this place. The room was super cute, the shared kitchen was packed with cooking supplies and ingredients, and the shared bathroom was clean. Amazing service with super kind staff. The location was central to everything you would need and a very short walk to the old town!! Loved it

Peter is a great host. He sorted our tourist tax and even took us to the night club at night. Really helpful guy. Very pleased with the stay.

I was extremely lucky to be able to book this guesthouse on the same day I was looking for an accommodation (within minutes actually!). Originally I planned to go to a hostel but I didn't like it there and I was sick so I needed a place to rest and recover. The owner of the guesthouse is professional and friendly and the room was just what I was looking for, all for a reasonable price - considering the fact that it was during high season! The interiors are renovated, clean and the design is very cozy and modern. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom on the first floor has many stalls and showers and even a couple of hairdryers (greatly appreciated as I had a terrible cold and had to dry my hair after taking a shower). The location is also lovely and quiet, since it's literally in front of the sea and walking distance to the old town. Even though it is a calm place I surprisingly did have the chance to meet people probably because of the relaxing and friendly vibes this guesthouse gives off. Two nights here made me feel so much better and I even get to know people I met again at my next destination!

I loved staying at Ogi's place when in Kotor. It's a prime location near the water, shopping mall, markets, restaurants and bus lines. Just a few minutes from old town and the sites. He is a kind and knowledgeable host and can help you with everything. Beds are comfy, the space is clean and refreshing. Nice common areas. Working wifi, hot water, Air-conditioning.

Very good location and very friendly host!

Very good location: the beach is at 20 meters away, old town at 400-500, market under the building and parking on the street. Rooms are nice and clean and good value for the money. Host was great also. So I totally recommend the place!

We travel a lot and in our opinion this is the best guesthouse/hostel in all of Kotor. It is clean and has been renovated with a modern touch, while still keeping lots of charm like brick walls and exposed original wood beams. There is a small kitchen and common room that is well equipped as well. It's perfectly situated close to Old Town Kotor & right on the water too! But most of all, you can't beat the hospitality. The host, Ogy is simply the best. He was very attentive, gave us plenty of suggestions and went out of his way to make sure we were happy. This will always be our favourite spot in Kotor!
