Marina the landlord is very kind, we also understood each other with very poor language skills .I can only recommend to everyone.The beach is a bit far from the accommodation, but you can be there in 20 minutes. Great hotel at Perast. Really loved everything about my stay at the place. Location is great, the whole facility is in the carefully and nicely renovated old palace, staff is helpful and attentive yet not intrusive. Everyone take the COVID seriously. Perfect silent rest! Very comfortable and clean room, we enjoyed the food and especially the staff, they helped us a lot (to have the most delicious food, to have massage at Spa place, to get a taxi to Biogradska Gora). Nice, but unreasonable expensive

Good service at the reception and the restaurant. Unfortunately due to heavy snow, the power went out in the whole area. They have a generator, but it was stopping just as much as going. Due to the power outage some of the rooms were freezing cold, but in the the restaurant they made due and everything was served on time. Wery nice staff.

The hotel does not own or does not operate most of the parts that are in the description. The beautiful beach and the surroundings, the peace and clean sea can compensate disadvantages of the hotel.

Friendly welcome, nice view, the hotel owns the most romantic beach in town ( in my point of view). I did not like the monotonous breakfast and that the restaurants are 10-15 mins far from the hotel. Overall, Ulcinj is a small jewelry box of Montenegro, and the hotel placed in an enjoyable part of it.

Great Location , right next to the old town of Ulcinj. Beatiful beach with great service. The rooms are very large each with a large terrace where u can enjoy your mornings & evenings. BIG recommend !

All the things were awesome, but the internet..was it very bad? — you answer. No! It wasn’t, the Wi Fi didn’t work at all. It is the biggest problem in this Hotel.

Rooms are new and nice. We have stayed for 5 nights and we had only one room servicing we even asked to bring toilet paper to our room because they didn't visiting our room and didn't track situation . Rooms with sea view are also located near road and it is noisy. Will not recommend this one .

We stayed at Lucic as part of our packaged tour to Montenegro. The hotel says it’s a 4-star hotel, but I wouldn’t give it more than 2. The room continuously smelled very badly, ventilation in the bathroom works really badly (or doesn’t work at all?), throughout 9 days the room was cleaned only once - really badly (basically they made our beds and replenished the toilet). It’s not far from the beach...

This is a great place to stay for both short and long term. It’s clean and cozy, close to the beach, restaurants and bus station. Prices are very reasonable and staff is suuper friendly. The only downside is no visa only cash for payment.

We expected to stay in a luminous apartment for 3 persons as per our booking reservation while we stayed in a basic room . That said, the room was clean and the staff has been very kind; the position is very central, close both to the beach and the old town.

We loved the pools and location of this apartment. We had a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and Sveti Stefan. The apartment was clean. Beware - lots of steps but it adds to the beauty of the setting. All the staff and owner, Vaso were friendly. Perhaps there could have been more cutlery and plates. But otherwise - perfect.
