we had a weeks stay and what a wonderful relaxing time in the beautiful hotel. Rooms were well laid out , with everything you need.. spotless and very comfortable. The restraunt was excellent , Spain and Gym were exactly what we needed. The staff from reception, restraunt, Spa and room services were amazing, warm, helpful and professional. A highly recommended mountain retreat.

We spent 5 days here off season. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location for skiing and walking. The hotel itself is lovely and relaxing. The restaurant serves up uality tasty dishes. A special shout out to the pleasant, sociable and friendly staff.

It's a really lovely hotel. I can't say much about the spa, as the sauna was out of order, but the gym has a few but excellent new machines. I'd gladly stay again.

I really liked everything. Gorgeous location with a forest view, a varied buffet, and easy access to the cable car. 🫶 On the downside, the shower floor was a bit dusty, but that's the small stuff. I imagine they maintain the rooms better during the winter season.

Amazing pool. Rude staff - overall tired and in need of care and attention. Food bad. Good food choices in town - French bakery, Italian food. Not much to choose from but needs a makeover and some additional investment to make it live up to 4 star rating.

The rooms are outdated, mattrass is so old and uncomfortable seems like they are not changed from hotel opening, Beautiful woods and nature around tho. Spa treatments offered only after 4PM big let down as I needed to travel. Definitely alternative accommodation next time in beautiful Kolasin.

Montenegro, Bianca Resort & Spa provides a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The moment you step into the resort, you're greeted with warm hospitality, beauty hotel (all made by wood) and a great SPA. The room is vert nice but the only thing is missing, there is no kettle in the room.

We stayed at the Dream House Hotel on our 2 week tour of Montenegro. The hotel itself felt stylish and quite new. However, we would agree with other guests that soundproofing could be better. Perfect silent rest! Very comfortable and clean room, we enjoyed the food and especially the staff, they helped us a lot (to have the most delicious food, to have massage at Spa place, to get a taxi to Biogradska Gora). Nice, but unreasonable expensive

Good service at the reception and the restaurant. Unfortunately due to heavy snow, the power went out in the whole area. They have a generator, but it was stopping just as much as going. Due to the power outage some of the rooms were freezing cold, but in the the restaurant they made due and everything was served on time. Wery nice staff.

The hotel is beautiful, great location and amazing views. It has rooms and chalets with a hut system, but there are only a few, three huts. Hopefully they will increase the number of huts.

Very beautiful hotel in the mountains. Don’t be afraid of the road, the navigator doesn’t work till the end, but keep going to the top of the mountain. The views are great, the food is very tasty. Have indoor and outdoor pool. Wi fi connection is very bad, but this place is the perfect one to make a social detox!

We visited the restaurant twice. A lot of meals offered in the menu were not available. Food that was served was good. But service was very poor. Waiter ignored us more than once. Forgot one of the meals.

During our road trip through the Balkans, we stayed here for one night, and it was by far the most welcoming place we encountered all week. While the hotel is rated only three stars and isn't the most luxurious, the exceptional hospitality truly earns it an extra star. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was excellent, with outstanding service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

So, if you have mobilities issues reconsider and if you have a room in the upper floors and a heavy luggage you need assistance. The hotel is located in the small town of Zablik next to the Tomizar National Forest Park. The view is outside the window, and the room is small and cozy. I especially recommend the hotel for dinner. The beef is very good. We ordered another serving after eating it.

The location is good, not far from the entrance of the national park. The hotel restaurant is a famous local celebrity. You need to make a reservation in advance to get a seat for dinner. The taste is good.

The hotel is very close to the lake, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the entrance. The hotel has welcome juice and wine, which is very considerate. The facilities are better, but the overall experience is good.

One of the points of our trip to Montenegro was the town of Zabljak with the wonderful Black Lake nature reserve. For the night, we chose the Soa hotel and this is the best choice in this place. Great place. Spacious room with fireplace. Beautiful view. Good location not far from Black Lake. Not bad breakfast. Nothing supernatural but you won't go hungry. One minus is untrained staff. The fireplace started to smoke and smoke went into the room. The guy who came from reception didn't know how to fix it.

We stayed at Grandfather’s Secret in August 2024 and wow! The beauty of this place blew us away and Ivan was wonderful, responsive and went out of his way to help us out of a jam. If countryside and peace and quiet surrounded by vineyards and mountains are your thing,, this place can’t be missed. It’s places like this that make the travel experience and are putting Montenegro on the map.

What a great place to stay! Ivan is a wonderful host and helpful beyond belief. The villa and property were clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The wine and brandy made there are also great. Do be aware of the small mountain roads around this area, they can be brutal on a rental car and our rental car company was ruthless extorting...
