Through no fault of the hotel's, unfortunately my stay was ridden with huge families with screaming children everywhere

On weekends the whole place - all public areas and the pool - feels like a kindergarten. Rooms are very, very basic, not even a kettle available

Location is good. Parking is small. If you want a cappuccino & croisant in the morning, you CAN'T. They don't have croisant. 👎

The staff was very nice and careful. The room was cosy and the restaurant was also good. Placement was very strategic, not far from every hotspot. A very good place, very valuable. No doubt I strongly recommend it !!

the spa center contains a jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a tepidarium, two shower cabins and a sauna. In the room and in the spa center there is a telephone with which you can contact the reception

Whatever you choose, you will be satisfied and full. We could also choose a drink with breakfast. Coffee from the machine is free for breakfast. For breakfast, they would also offer a list of dishes to choose for dinner

With the overnight stay, we had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. For breakfast they would give a whole list of dishes so that we could choose what to have for breakfast. The dishes were different and delicious

Two restaurants next to each other, for smokers and non-smokers. The staff is very kind and professional. Praise for the kindness of all employees. The room was clean, well equipped and warm

The dishes were also varied and generous portions. Each evening there would be a different dessert with the meal. The breakfast and dinner were ready and warm at whatever time we came

Perfect silent rest! Very comfortable and clean room, we enjoyed the food and especially the staff, they helped us a lot (to have the most delicious food, to have massage at Spa place, to get a taxi to Biogradska Gora)

It's not hot. Purely. Beautiful. Sauna. Pool. Playground. Tennis court. A room with exercise equipment. Massage chairs. Massage table. Delicious mushroom dishes.

The hotel is beautiful, great location and amazing views. It has rooms and chalets with a hut system, but there are only a few, three huts. Hopefully they will increase the number of huts.

Hidden among the hills, not easiest to find without proper navigation, but definitely worth visiting! Interesting design style of the rooms, with few options for summer outdoor activities. Really good for one-night stay

Very beautiful hotel in the mountains. Don’t be afraid of the road, the navigator doesn’t work till the end, but keep going to the top of the mountain. The views are great, the food is very tasty

The spa and sauna look awesome, unfortunately we did not have time to make use of these due to our brief stop in but the facilities are clean and beautiful. The location and views are superb

It's just a bit outside town however its still 5min ride from Zabljak. The service is great, everyone is very friendly! Breakfast is very good, not as varied as some other hotels but very delicious

The only thing that bothered us is, that the walls are very thin and loud neighbors can be heared in your room. Also the elevator is not good for people that don’t like narrow spaced or are easily scared by elevators

We also tried some homemade pies (attached photo). We booked via phone call and got a room price of 60e per night per person, and it was free for two children as well

I stayed here for one night with my girlfriend while visiting the national park. The hotel fits in well with the local houses and other similar buildings and has ample parking to the front

So, if you have mobilities issues reconsider and if you have a room in the upper floors and a heavy luggage you need assistance. We had a problem with the heating system and the hot water in the morning

When we arrived, rooms were very well heated but, in the morning, travelers couldn't take a shower as the water was cold. At the reception they didn't gave us any excuse for this mismanagement

I visited this hotel as a tour leader with a group of 25 persons, in April 2025. It is a beautiful mountain hotel but need better management. Be careful the hotel has no elevator

Bed are comfortable but small. Dinner and breakfast are ok , good and tasty but a limited variety

The restaurant is a solid chetverochku. Wanted to use the pool and sauna were told that the pool is open only in season. Sauna tiny, fonts no, no benches to sit on and comfortable to wear

The hotel is located in the small town of Zablik next to the Tomizar National Forest Park. The view is outside the window, and the room is small and cozy. I especially recommend the hotel for dinner

The hotel is very close to the lake, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the entrance. The hotel has welcome juice and wine, which is very considerate. The facilities are better, but the overall experience is good.

One of the points of our trip to Montenegro was the town of Zabljak with the wonderful Black Lake nature reserve. For the night, we chose the Soa hotel and this is the best choice in this place
