Hotel room was old-fashioned and very small with no room to open your suitcase. Room, including the bathroom was dirty. There was dust everywhere and there was a bad smell in the room. Rooms aren’t soundproof and I could hear the conversations of all my neighbours. The bed and pillows were bad. Room was very cold with no possibility to use the heating, which was very uncomfortable. There was a radiator in the room, but there was a sign on it that you weren’t allowed to touch it. Safe and hairdryer available in the room, but the hairdryer didn’t have much power. WiFi isn’t working well. Breakfast buffet was good.

A decent hotel that’s ideally located to explore the surrounding area. No air conditioning, but food is good and plentiful. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful. No kettle in the room, which seems to be normal for Montenegro. It was a pleasant place to stay.

If you are planning to have a family weekend away with your kids, this might be a good place. If you just want a relaxed weekend on your own or with your partner - this is NOT the right hotel. On weekends the whole place - all public areas and the pool - feels like a kindergarten.
Rooms are very, very basic, not even a kettle available.
Breakfast is quite simple (e.g. no egg station to get an omelette, no fish), but you definitely won't stay hungry.
Sauna is open only between 4 and 9 pm.
All in all, not worth the price.

horrible, not very clean and unhelpful staff. especially bad in regards to dining. we had to get up for someone, while we definitely RESERVED and PAID FOR a table. apart from that no apartment contains all towels/bathrobes/cups for the amount of people it takes. i used to come often and will never again!

Amazing pool. Rude staff - overall tired and in need of care and attention. Food bad. Good food choices in town - French bakery, Italian food. Not much to choose from but needs a makeover and some additional investment to make it live up to 4 star rating.

There is no air con in rooms which makes summer a terrible experience. When I asked for ice for the room - the answer was flat out NO I asked to speak to the manager, there is no manager on site. Receptionist was rude and bar staff flat out confrontational - I have never considered leaving a hotel early but this place has left a very poor final impression of Montenegro as a whole. There are some lovely staff, but the ones on duty today should not be working in the "hospitality" industry.

Beautiful woods and nature around tho.
Spa treatments offered only after 4PM big let down as I needed to travel.

They advertise themselves as the best hotel in Kolasin. They charge quite a lot for their “4 stars”, but they definitely provide barely 3 stars service level. They don’t have A/C in the fitness centre at all (!) - so it means you actually cannot properly use it. When I complained about it, the manager’s response was “no one force you to use it, don’t use it if you don’t like it”. Hilarious answer when you paid a fortune to stay there and one of the reasons was they “fitness centre”. And no, they can’t open the window. Sauna and hammam can’t be used by under 18, because “children will disturb adults”. The idea to make a separate time for families with kids does not work for unknown reasons. A SPA manager is extremely rude man. They cancelled shuttle bus to the ski centre, so if you are without a car, add 30 euros per day for a taxi round trip. It should be a concierge service in the hotel, but it never works. The receptionists are nice but can’t really recommend anything when we asked for advice. As I understand, the hotel management changed this year, looks like not for good. The swimming pool is good though, and the rooms as well. But the level of services is so low, that I would describe it below a 3 stars, standard European hotel

The best hotel in this place. Very atmospheric, everything is wooden, yet comfortable, the breakfast is excellent (tasty and varied), there is a huge swimming pool.

We liked the place, they upgraded our room for free) A compliment was waiting in the room for the quality of fresh fruit, but the peach was spoiled (with the rest of the fruit everything was ok. We took dinner for 15 €, buffet. The food is all quite tasty, BUT on the distribution line there can only be 1 girl, you can’t apply it yourself!, which greatly increases the waiting time. The pool was good in the morning, there were no people... only the water in the jacuzzi was a little cloudy
