Location is excellent, the host Ferid is awesome man who is always on your service and I must say that the women who was cooking our breakfast was very kind and she cooked delicious meals. The rooms were very clean and the view from the balcony was fantastic.

Top. 10/10 (Staff, hotel, food, location... ) If i go back to Sutomore, then 100% Guesthouse Montex again!

Excellent location, great friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfasts in the nearby restaurant. Our room has an amazing view of the sea and mountains.

12 of us were offered a ride from the train station to the apartment. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat. The kitchen was functional. The view was gorgeous from the terrace. I would recommend it to anyone! We really enjoyed our stay here

Very clean and tidy. Everything is available to every guest (one large kitchen on the first floor and another on the ground floor for cooking, baking). Terrace, if you don't have one in the room with a beautiful view of the sea. A quiet part of Šušnja without noise, the right place for rest and enjoyment. The hosts are very hospitable, cheerful, in a good mood. I felt at home. All praise. All recommendations...

The rooms are not new, but everything is clean and well maintained. The owners are nice people. They take great care of their hotel. Three stars for being a non-smoking hotel. Not in the rooms, but on the balconies. All the smoke pulls into neighboring rooms. Day and night the rooms smell of smoke. For a non-smoker, this is simply unbearable. There are many small red ants in the room.

The villa is beautiful, the rooms are equipped with all the necessary appliances and everything is very neat, clean and quiet. The owners are wonderful, hospitable and willing to fulfill every request if it is possible for them. I felt at home, relaxed and free. All praise and recommendations from the heart, you will not regret it. I'm here for the first time, but certainly not the last. 🙂

Difficult to find. It is better not to go at night, the road is very dangerous. Shower and toilet for 2 rooms. It is dangerous with children - the playground near the house is not fenced. High break. Parking for super drivers, on a narrow and steep road. Beautiful view of the mountains.

We liked everything very much. We were alone, so we didn't have to share the bathroom with anyone. Friendly hostess, delicious breakfast, fresh figs! Bought wine with us, very good dry red wine, I also recommend it.

Staying at Feel Lake was amazing! We came from a big and stresfull city, took a taxy from the airport of Podgorica and found ourselves in the middle of nature, lake, sunshine and mountains around the wine terace. We stayed one week with my GF here. it was a wonderful experience. The hosts is super nice and a fantastic cook also :) Very nice and quiet place, walking distance to a beautiful secluded beach and even cute dog and cats, you can't ask for more. Shame on that 1 start review

We liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the comfortable bed and the well functioning air-conditioning. Shops and restaurant were just 100 m away. Everything else also within walking distance. Petrovac is a nice little town.

Location is very good, 5 min walk from both of the beaches. Situated in a qiuet part of a city, there is no outside noise whatsoever. Staff was very friendly, and the cleanliness was certainly above average.

We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view. The room itself and the bathroom was clean and we didn’t have any problem. The Rooftop Bar/Café has the best view from the hotel. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are coming to Petrovac

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. We stayed in the family room, which had 2 TVs, but neither had channels. The room itself is large and spacious, with two floors and two balconies. Hotel rooms echo through. When taking a shower, you also have to consider cool water, fortunately not always. In our circuit through Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro we arrived in Petrovac at Hotel Vila Oliva 4*. Here we were accommodated in a comfortable bungalow. The hotel has an great hall for breakfast and dinner. We were satisfied with the courtesy of the staff and the variety of the food. I can recommend this hotel to the people who come in this area.

we visited the hotel in May and we really enjoyed it because it was not crowded, so we could use all the facilities to the maximum, although I know that Petrovac is very crowded during the main season. I would especially single out the wonderful complex and swimming pools, the food is satisfactory. The children's playgrounds were a great help to us!

The hotel is not very expensive and it's reflected in the offer. Rooms are relatively up to date but degraded badly with humidity, so in some rooms the smell is bad. Food and drinks are passable. The choices are not multiple but you can always find something decent. I would not recommend unless you are traveling on budget and not picky. Good choice for an overnight stay in Petrovac. Ten minutes walk to the beach. Park on the street in front of the building. Comfortable room with balcony. Friendly host. Shared kitchen was useful to make breakfast - we had our own fridge too. Petrovac is a nice resort. Very relaxing compared to nearby Budvar!

Excellent location, less than a hundred meters to the sea. Rooms are equipped with the necessary minimum for a pleasant stay. Satellite TV, including some Russian channels, free Wi-Fi, although the signal quality is highly dependent on the location of the room. The hostess is a wonderful, positive woman.

Great accommodation! The hosts took care of every detail (I mean the interior design, as well as the comfort needed by guests). Great location, as they would say "everything underfoot". The place where we will surely come again.🙂

Great place. Nice room, clean and with all equipment. Beach is on a 2 or 3 minutes.

Sweet place with old maslinas in the yard, little restaurant, home-like rooms and really welcoming and professional owners. Very clean and comfortable, no noise or irritating neighbors. Central Beach is 5 minutes from, several supermarkets and a market nearby. Ideal for romantic occasion or for families with children. Recommend!

As a small family we had here one of the most pleasurable holidays ever! The facilities, hospitality, beach, breakfast...everything was amazing! We loved every bit of it and will be definitely coming back. ?
