The Grand Hotel was probably grand many years ago. Today it is still an ok hotel, undergoing fairly extensive repairs on the upper floor and throughout the central/ left side. The Villa exceeded our expectations. It had everything, a very good kitchen, 4 bedrooms for 8 people. 4 bathrooms. Amazing outdoor space with a great pool, chill zone, dining zone. The pool is cleaned every few days. The location on Gozo is also amazing, everything in Gozo is within 15 minutes radius. You can easily get to the terminal and go to Malta anytime even at night. Last week we had a wonderful holiday at Villa Boomerang. The owners are very friendly people, who ensure a pleasant stay. On arrival all information was clear. There were plenty of bath towels ready. Amazing farmhouse. Super quiet area, so peaceful with fantastic views. Everything is on one level which is super convenient, especially with young kids. Farmhouse was clean and we really enjoyed ourselves. Only thing i would have preferred is having another double bed in one of the 3 bedrooms as only 1 bedroom has a double bed. We enjoyed a three night stay at Maria’s. Chris and everyone was so lovely, the room was great as was breakfast, there was also a lovely pool to cool off in. You could travel around Gozo by bus but we hired a car which made lunch and dinner is easier, there is an equipped kitchen at the bnb you could use so a trip to supermarket is sometimes all you needed. Chris made some great suggestions of places...

The place is kept clean every day and is a place to spend some relaxing time. Bedrooms are equipped with either a shower or a bath. Breakfast is super delicious and prepared fresh everyday. The staff is super friendly and even the owners. Would go again.

We had the most wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matias B&B on the beautiful island of Gozo. Breakfast was amazing with fresh local sweets and bread in addition to cooked to order. Victor is a wealth of information- and it was fascinating hearing about the rich local history and traditions from him. We will definitely come back!!

Beautiful place "in the middle od nowhere" but in fact few minutes by car from shops and restaurants. It's only 5km from Victoria, Gozo capital. Quiet place with pools, so you can refresh yourself when you want. Chasing stars at night from the upper teracce od magical.

This was hands-down the best meal we had on our trip to Malta/Gozo! Incredible local food, terrific wine, beautiful ambiance in this old farm house. The rabbit stew was to die for and the hand-made nestle ravioli was better than my Italian grandmother's pasta (which is saying A LOT). Nothing was too over-done. The BnB price for the lavender room is good, the breakfast is delicious with maltese bread, Croissants, Baguette, Cakes, yoghurts, fruitsalad, cheese, cereals and changing cold cuts. The Beds are comfortable and you can switch between a soft pillow and a harder one. You have just a bedsheet as blanket but you can ask Martin, the owner for anything else for example a blanket, beachtowels or a sun umbrella...

Absolutely what I was looking for. As an independent traveller I was looking for a relaxation, nothing mass market, calmness, frendliness. What I found was something of all of that but more. A sense of shared home . With complete freedom.

Everything was wonderful. Tanja and Vincent did everything to ensure our stay was perfect. From the wonderful spread for breakfast, great conversation, great recommendations and a lovely pool to swim in. If it wasn’t so far from Australia I would be booking in for next year. Thank you.

In June 2021 we’ve had a wonderful stay in B&B Dar Ta Zeppi. The owners Tanja and Vince are very lovely people who offer an excellent service. Each day the breakfast was tasty with a lot to choose from. The ‘green room’ was very spacious. If you want information about sightseeing or restaurants, they will surely let you discover some hidden gems. The nice and calm atmosphere in the B&B was perfect

Cozy B&B with a couple of rooms. The owners are very nice and also the lady taking care of the guests is very helpful and friendy. The kitchen is well equipped and can be used for breakfast. My husband and I spent 3 nights in this lovely BB in Qala! We were splendidly hosted by both Matthew and David and their dog. Our room was very spacious and comfortable! The breakfast was a delight especially when eaten by the lovely pool area in total tranquility! I highly recommend this place if one wants to experience a homely holiday experience! Beautiful place, very well maintained, and so peaceful. We were staying with 4 very young babies, and every effort was made to accommodate us and ensure that we had access to the facilities we needed, including extra cots and high chairs. We really, really enjoyed our stay. The Villa was extremely clean and the aesthetics were lovely. The pool was well taken care of and refreshing with a nice deck where to chill by the pool. The bedroom were also very clean and tidy. The villa is located in the centre of Gharb, close to the parish church, in a small alley. Quite quaint and unique. We would definitely like to revisit again!

Fantastic location with amazing views. Huge balcony and comfortable room. Staff amazing. Half an hour walk down a track and then across the coast path to an amazing beach. Great apartment has everything you need the bed was very comfortable. The towels were changed and our bed made. Nice touches of a welcome drink and discount on food if you ate there. After the noise and chaos of Sliema we fled to the peace of Gozo, and the beauty of the St Patrick's Hotel. The location is stunning and the hotel is beautiful in an old-fashioned way. We had a seaview balcony whic felt almost above the waves. The staff were very helpful and friendly, advising us on the Gozo Carnival, which was great fun, and also the local sights and restaurants.

We went with Jet2 from Leeds/Bradford for a week. Flights were fine and transfers faultless. St Patricks Hotel in Xlendi is advertised as a 4 star, but in reality is a 3. It's tired decor, ancient lift and unreliable wi-fi tested my patience. Our room (413) had a torn window curtain and damage to the bathroom mirror frame. Our stay at StPatrick hotel was wonderful. A quirky hotel. Rooms were cleaned daily, comfortable beds, breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly and made our stay there comfortable. I hurt my hand from a fall and “Dishan” was so helpful making sure I was ok. I definitely recommend StPatrick hotel, my next trip there will be in summer so I can admire the beautiful view. We have stayed here before, and we would stay again. We have a sea view room, as the view is amazing. It is a big room with Twin beds, table and chairs big wardrobe space, kettle tea & coffee ( topped up daily) fridge. Bathroom had bath, shower etc and toiletries provide daily. The staff at this hotel are all lovely all helpful and friendly. We stayed half board, the menu at night was fine sometimes...

The room was a bit small and the double bed was two mattresses pushed together, making it uncomfortable to sleep on; otherwise, everything was fine.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our room which we had booked 8 months before our stay. Our balcony overlooks a busy hill with traffic all hours, minimal see view, no option to move. Huge crack on balcony door, holes in curtains, black marks on shower curtain. Stained pillows which we had changed late at night. No mattress protector, asked for an extra sheet. We went May June and July, we enjoyed it all, the staff were very helpful, the pool has sea water which we prefer, the rooms are big and have a kitchenette, and most of all the Internet is good which some hotels do not have or you have to pay for it. Definitely we come again.
