It had amazing views and cool water sports included with the booking. Like glass boat, water skiing, kayaking and scuba diving! Near the beach is also another beach in walking distance that had sting rays! The pools are great and not too deep. 1.2 M to be exact. Amazing hotel with stellar service, the best sea + beach you can find in Mauritius and state of the art amenities (spa + gym). The only caveat is the lights and blinds in the room can be a bit confusing as they are all very automated. The tech can also be noisy or at least ours was - especially the blinds closing and our reading lights.

Amazing hotel. The room was freshly renovated and we really enjoy the food though it was a bit limited in terms of entertainment and food variety. The drinks were value for money and highly recommend the staff who did their best to assist. Be mindful of the receptionist named Rajini she is allergic to mauritian but otherwise great stay.

I had a full day at Casa florida. The employees are very welcoming and the services they provide are exceptional. It is a 3 star hotel but the extra efforts the staff make to make the customers satisfied and happy are really amazing. I recommend it especially for families.

I recently had a lovely stay with family and the location, rooms and service are of a really high quality. It’s quite busy in Mauritius and this was a calm oasis away from the hustle and bustle. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, has amazing views from the rooftop bar and restaurant and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

very nice and quiet guesthouse near (2 minutes by car) of center of Grand Baie and center of Pereybere where many shops and restaurants placed, gas stations, banks, currency exchanges etc. rooms cleaning every day, free parking, very friendly staff. 3 minutes by car to 3 public beaches! but you need have a car if you want to quickly get anywhere. we had a car and we are very happy with this hotel.

We enjoyed a very pleasant and friendly stay at Mo Residence. The accommodation was well appointed, modern, comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there from 22 Oct 2015 until 29 Oct 2015. The residence is ideally situated to easily visit Port Louis or to enjoy the beaches nearby and we will certainly visit Mo Residence again when we return for a visit.

The hotel has had its best days (it's old, but that doesn't mean it's bad!). For the money it costs, we had a very good sleep over. Nice and clean apartments 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from a good supermarket. There is no much thing in Pereybere though. But the bus stops at the public beach every 10 minutes which takes you to Grand Bai.

Excellent place to stay when in the lovely Grand Baie area of Mauritius. Very well maintained, with private parking, a swimming pool and clean comfortable rooms and beds. Friendly owners and only a 4 minutes walk to the Perybere beach facing boulevard where all the action is. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for a week as a Solo traveller. Down a little side alley, its like a little island of peace. Very caring owner, very well kept, well equipped, clean and nice spacious Apartments with a balcony looking onto a small serene garden. Plus the beach (to me by far one of the nicest of the island), some little restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance is a big bonus.
