My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and we had a pleasant moment. We were on an all inclusive package and the buffet,a la carte menu,everything was perfect. I had a full day at Casa florida. The employees are very welcoming and the services they provide are exceptional. It is a 3 star hotel but the extra efforts the staff make to make the customers satisfied and happy are really amazing. I recommend it especially for families.

I had a very great experience 4 weeks ago at the Ocean Lake Tourist Residence. Great value for money! I had everything I needed (including fridge/ safe) and over that a nice balcony with sea view. Good accommodation, really good beds, but the whole building needs some refurbishing. Staff new and therefore not really good trained. Breakfast is very poor.

This facility definitely needs an upgrade as the room and facilities are not as great as their staff. They listen to us and really care for our needs but the old rooms and small washroom leaves us not satisfied. The small bath space was not comfortable for kids and the handset connection was short. It would be a perfect space and location to spend more time outside if the facility gets upgrded.

Accommodation is advertised as 2 bedroom apartment suitable for 4 people but failed to mention that the 4 people needed to be 2 couples and willing to share beds. Food very average. Nice beach resort with good staff. Food was okay. Everyday they organise different activities and entertainment programs in resort. You can get 1 free boat ride in morning. Other water sports like kayaking surfing are free of you have expertise.
