Perfect hotel and beach Great villa and staff. The beach is fantastic and a good choice of restaurants. Nothing is cheap in Mauritius but similar to other Indian Ocean or top Caribbean resorts.

Very nice hotel, big territory, many unusual and beautiful trees and flowers. Excellent big rooms with big balcony, stylishly decorated. Beach is amazing, sand like flour, entry into water is great. Only disadvantage is that many people want to relax on this beach with their towels and boats are constantly going, which is very annoying and interferes with comfortable rest. Received a friendly and warm welcome from guest relations, amazing service especially from f&b staff - the chefs, restaurant manager and waiters were all so hospitable and accommodating - thank you! I can only recommend this extraordinary resort. Our family had an amazing time at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber. We have been there twice already and we will go there again. Our special thanks go to Mamed who took fantastic care of us. He embodies the spirit of warm and personal hospitality that makes you feel welcome and taken care of in the most perfect way possible.

We had a Suite with direct beach access and pool, which was really great. Also, free watersports activities are included. The hotel facilities are also nice. We loved to see so many different plants and flowers. However, we didn’t like the beach… the beach area with sunbeds was too small and beach vendors selling bags, tours etc. everywhere. In my opinion it is a No-Go for a 5* resort. No privacy...

It's just so-so. The beach is just by the sea, the sanitary conditions are average, it's noisy at night, and there are many Indians.

Fantastic hotel for people seeking tranquility. Welcoming staff and great service. Although it's a 3 stat hotel, it does not seem so, very nice view, food very tasty and very clean. The room however need some renovation but is spacious enough. Overall we had a wonderful stay as a family. Quiet and peaceful.

Great value studio apartment. Modern furnishings and décor, small garden terrace and a modern bathroom and small kitchenette. Very clean. Nice swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Nice beach resort with good staff. Food was okay. Everyday they organise different activities and entertainment programs in resort. You can get 1 free boat ride in morning. Other water sports like kayaking surfing are free of you have expertise.

At the Ocean Villas I had a wonderful 15-day vacation. Little cozy hotel with great food. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. All the meat dishes were juicy and well cooked. The ribs were so well cooked that we could pull the flesh from the bones with absolutely no effort. The roast pork belly had tender flesh and crispy skin. Perfect.

My first visit there, I must say on vacation from Philadelphia. I had a pleasant stay. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time. The entertainment and meals were delightful. We'll be back. Hope some renovation can take place.

We had a really good time with the kids and the family... Awesome food and staffs. However the entertainment stop too early may be on Saturday it should end by 11p.m.

Place is quite and nice. They also provide speed boat to do Snorkeling and Jet ski as the activities which is included in the room booking.

Whilst it is well located, and has a beach and three swimming pools (2 of which are in the adults only area) it suffers from an overall lack of maintenance which is sad because with a little more attention, the place would be 4 stars or better.
