G Hotel Kelawai

The room was extremely huge with ample space to pack, bed was comfy as well! Love the room lounge chair, so comfortable after a day filled with activity. View at the swimming pool was extremely great as well!

It’s a nice hotel and the rooms are very well designed. Staff are friendly and helpful.
However the food is really average which is not a good thing for a hotel of this caliber in the city if Penang which is famous for its food.
I highly suggest the hotel management to review their food quality and try to enhance.

I'm blown away, staffs are polite and rooms are perfect. The executive room comes with a sofa chair and a working table. Love the pool & executive lounge. I'll be back again if I come to Penang.

The staffs here need more training on the SOP during check in & hotel products knowledge.

The lobby entrance shade not wide enough. We hardly to get down from car due to heavy rain.

The bath toilet smell good and the bathrobe very comfortable. And feel the materials of the room very luxury. Suitable for business trip.

The morning buffet was delicious here. Variety of choices. 👍
