For Check in, it took a bit longer in time perhaps check in procedure or documentation was too much & TV can't work well in my room and other colleagues as well.

Cozy and Convenient Stay!

I had a good stay here. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the airport, which was very convenient. There’s also a daily shuttle to the waterfront area, just be aware it runs on a fixed schedule and needs to be booked in advance.

The food was tasty, but since I stayed for 5 days, I do wish the menu changed a bit more. By the fifth day, I was already a bit bored with the same options.

The hotel itself is huge and very clean. The waterfront is only about 15 minutes away (depending on traffic), and Grab rides are easy to get and affordable.

Overall, it was a very cozy and relaxing stay. Great for those who prefer a quieter, less crowded location. Oh, and I booked a twin bed, but the beds were big enough that two people could easily sleep on one!

Repeat stay, convenient location and reasonable price and clean

Pro:
* Front desk staff were welcoming and security was so helpfull.
* Awesome housekeeper team. Once asked for room cleaning, they replace everything
* Mall and hypermarket just at the same building and so convenience.

Cons:
* Wifi connection so slow that cause bad television coverage.
* Air conditioner also not so cold. I am sweating while sleeping at night.
* Choice of breakfast not so variety. Same menu been served daily. Hope to have more plenty and choices of food in future.

Me & my husband enjoyed our stay and to repeat our stay will be considerate. Thank you for the great service from the staffs. Hope the management will look forward about customer suggestion and complaint. Will still rated 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Rooms were well maintained but Breakfast was same all days i stayed..its good if you can some Sarawak culture food..like Kek Lapis
