A bit old, unimpressive lobby, only one elevator works for all 14 floors. It's not very near the waterfront but walkable. Meeting rooms are good, food was so-so. Every room has wide windows with a good view of the city which makes up for other aspects.

Loved the staff at this hotel especially Robert ( Doorman) and Julia (Housekeeping). Very friendly and helpfull. The facilities are a bit old but for the price and location its acceptable. The aircond in the room needs to be checked. Overall loved the experience and would definately repeat again

Staying here cause it was the official events hotel. I would say they need serious upgrading. The hotel was a bit old, need to upgrade the room. I couldn't sleep on n my frist night as the sounds of motorcycles from the road was so bad, the air conditioning also felt a bit hot

Honestly, I'm here only because I wanted a smoking room. Considering how cheap this place is, there isn't much to complain about. Rooms are basically a time capsule of the 90s and the breakfast and WiFi connectivity leaves much to be desired. But what struck me most is the dedication of the staff - there was a gentleman to welcome me back at the lobby, and he made sure to ask if I needed anything when I was hanging around the lobby: Mind you I'm an oriental man and you don't necessarily get this level of attention even at the much pricier establishments in the area. Location wise, the Waterfront attractions are just a short grab ride away. Appreciate having a 24h 7/11 store just a 2-min walk away.

I agree that this is a rather old hotel but I'm satisfied with the room I was staying at which was a premium room on the 13th floor. Comfy, quiet with a great view especially at night with all the necessary amenities and a reasonable price, what's there to complain about. Their staff are very friendly and helpful and I hope they continue to do so in the future. Lastly, I'll definitely come here again. InsyaAllah.

This place is empty. Not much people. The friendly staff just mind themselves. Unlike other hotel where the staff would just be too friendly because the company told them to be. Its not a privacy issue. Its like awkward? The hotel facilities are really way behind and the interior are seem to be stuck in 1990s. The parking is secure because the close the gate. A locked gate will not stop a criminal but at least they have an effort to secure their property. The food is a surprised! Considering that i am so disappointed with my other experience here. The wifi is not that great. But the view is amazing. Also, in fact, this hotel is strategic. All the place of interest are within walking distance. Trust me, walking 2 kilometer is better than paying RM10 and getting scammed by the Grab

Stayed for a conference so it was pre-booked and not my choice. Initial impression was that it’s a little bit old and worn but it was actually pretty good. TV and Aircon worked fine. Kettle, iron and fridge. Room relatively spacious and clean. There was a bath and lots of hot water. It’s only rated as a 3* hotel and I would say that it’s good value for money. Staff were friendly and the conference facilities were good.

Book premium room queen at rm198 including tax, free breakfast buffet quantity wise is good, taste 8/10 variety 7/10. Swimming pool is 1.2m-1.5m deep of about 10mx20m, enjoy the swimming but maybe should change the pool water more often because quite murky. Staff the bald one very helpful. Bath tub don't have proper stopper, and i called the room service to send initially send small size then called again. they offer to check again from other room and get it asap good staff service but should just initially provided the stopper for all room. The a/c switch need repair because if you press gently it doesn't switch on. Request pizza at 9.30 pm and chef called back said no dough i craving the pizza that night due to previous review. Only provide 1 toothbrush. Room very spacious. Overall enjoyed the stay here
