I like the location in the centre of the city and easier to find out whenever we want to do our shopping or eating.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is awesome. The room setup is good. Spacious, bed comfy and seems clean. The building is rather old and is obvious. Tune hotel is pretty much run down. The towels aren't as clean as expected and had an unpleasant smell to it. The mattress has outlived its lifespan and should also be replaced. Rooms are about $35. Service are good. Food is good. Staff is alert . The only down side is it has to pass 4 major traffic junction. and also cigarettes smell. PLUS! Its good if you have early morning flight. About 5 minutes drive.

Parking is convenient. We had a car so location is not an issue. Room size is decent and not for fussy pots. Clean. The walkway is brightly lit during the day but dim during the night. Just be aware that room 202 to 217 are next to the road so it can be noisy. We had to inform the Front Desk before they changed our torn slippers.

If cleanliness is your top priority then just go for this hotel, it's the best!The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is because there is no hand shower/ jet spray in the toilet which I was not expecting in Malaysia! Stayed here about a month ago. We actually got upgraded from standard queen to deluxe king room so we were very delighted with the stay. It has a little balcony, full set table, wardrobe and the shower was much better than the hotel next to it. Currently on agoda, the deluxe king sells at 85~ which to me is a great price considering the room you get and nice front lady services. I really recommend...

Hmm, it’s been a while I rechecked in to Fata. This hotel is located at the heart of city centre and conveniently accessed to museum, riverfront, shopping centre. When I go into the room, am amazed by the newly refurbished. It had most of the amenities that I hadn’t expected. Super clean and can see the Sarawak signature DUN just from my window. Superb view 👍👍👍 definitely worth coming back
