Would stay again definitely. Staff is very helpful

The breakfast is terrible. Food iare not even to say is warm. All are cold included the porridge. The omelettes and soft boil eggs are done in advance without cover up or keep warm. Lunch and dinner also got some dishes are cold.

Fast checkin & strategic location. We came during ramadhan so we got to experience the bazar & mosque

My family and I went to Dorsett Hotel, Putrajaya on 25th December last year. I went to the front desk to ask if my family and I can check-in before 3pm since we arrived early. We booked 2 rooms with a connecting door through phone call. However, there were 2 staffs at the front desk were being rude and the words they used were very unprofessional. I was only asking if the rooms are ready so that we can check-in. The person I called told me that the rooms will be ready at 3pm, but the staffs at the front desk told me that the rooms will be ready at 6pm. I really hope the staffs learn how to remain professionalism and give a warm welcome to the guests.

As for the rooms we booked, we rated it as 3/5. The cleanliness was okay. However, all the 4 towels we received had an unpleasant smell even though we have not use it that time. Our rooms are near to the water filter so it's easier for us to refill the water bottles.

For the breakfast meals, the foods and beverages are much to our liking. There were varieties of foods to choose from from Malaysian breakfast to Western-like breakfast to Japanese breakfast.

In conclusion, it was quite a good stay for us. However, there are a few things need to be improved as mentioned above. The front desk staffs need should go for further training on how to treat the hotel guests politely.
