Excellent location and service. The rooms were spacious . The hotel could use a bit up gradation. The room had a little musty smell but it was ok. The mini bar had a lot of complimentary items like chips, various kind of drinks, which the kids enjoyed. It was connected to the ICOI mall hence e all the restaurants and shops were literally steps away. Would recommend.

Our go-to hotel during and post covid to stay sane. Modern interior design room with great atmosphere. With variety of buffet choices, you just could not stop eating. Tried the fresh oyster on every visit but still my taste bud couldn’t take it. You get discount with certain credit card. Hotel is connected to the now biggest shopping mall.

A very relaxing and unique hotel. But once checked out I was charged RM15 for the car park for only one night. Something to consider about for some.Most of the hotel would not charge hotel's guest parking ticket fees. Guest needs to be pay the fees at the machine at car park.

This Architecture of this hotel is very interesting. Good for photography and some great shots. The pool on the top is nice and offers great view of the PUTRAJAYA city. There are really good activities for kids including a play center. The food at the main restaurant was good too.

Good place to stay if you have a meeting in the heart of Putrajaya. The place didn't show any sign of rundown due to the MCO. I can see there is a mall here with the hero market and Mr DIY.

The breakfast is terrible. Food iare not even to say is warm. All are cold included the porridge. The omelettes and soft boil eggs are done in advance without cover up or keep warm. Lunch and dinner also got some dishes are cold.

Too far from the city. Hotel is situated way inside from the main road. Too many lizards in the room. Hardly had sleep, due to lizards on the wall. We had call reception every time for removal of lizards. Not a pleasant stay.

I took twin bed room. Quite nice hotel. The view is the panoramic and tranquil. The food is ok. Various TV channels. The room service can be further improved. Particularly on these two things: 1) The air conditioning isn't cool. Even with the air conditioner set to chill mode at 18 dc for hours, the room's temperature is only 27 dc during day time. 2) The towels have an unpleasant smell.

Located at quite a strategic place to eat. You can find a lot of fast food restaurants available... Just name it, and... "Oh, there it is!". There are also mamak restaurants such as Line Clear and Haji Din Tapah. Mohd Chan also opens here. The only disadvantage that I've so far is that it is far from the government offices. So you'll need to drive, rent a car or hire a driver if you wish to go to that...

Ok, for the price. Furnishing are kept to bare necessities. Needs some maintenance. Food around the hotel is great, and many alternative cuisines;all within walking distance. Mydin is also across the street should you need anything.

This is a private daily rental. We stayed for a night. Car park inside Sunway is great. At that moment, we were surprised to see lobby in B1 level. Such a One-table lobby! The staffs are helpful and understanding. The room is ok however the elevator and wifi is not working. What makes it worse is the room on the first floor, has no telco coverage. The TV has very few working channel but the reception quality is very bad.

Cheap, safe environment, walking distance from sunway mall but small rooms and too much small washroom and thats without basin. TV with all 12 malay channel. If u desire to come and sleep only thn its ok.

I stayed two nights at the hotel. The rooms were clean and although is very central location, we didn’t have any problems with noise. The location is very good. I ve only came for seminar. Te hall room is nice. I like the simple breakfast and tea break but not for the lunch menu. The main course is not fresh as supposed to be to suite with the star rating hotel.

The place is very good for a single short stay. The room is available at a very cheap price and sharing is also possible. The apartments are switable for small and competitively standard family. The lobby is grand but the toilet is a little bit dirty. It could be improved with frequent cleaning of the toilet. Some of the hallways also has a little bit of a stinch, air freshener would be recommended. Stayed for a short weekend getaway. I'm originally from KL but there's something about staying in a hotel in your own hometown. Overall experience was wonderful and my friends and I enjoyed our stay over the weekend. If anything, we love the ambience that Eastin offered.
