This resort is beautiful and huge. The room was spacious and have a stunning view of the lake. I was there with my husband during that time and really enjoy the romantic feeling that we had during the stay. The food was fantastic and had a lot of variety. This resort location is a bit far from another attractions such as mall or etc.

A very relaxing and unique hotel. But once checked out I was charged RM15 for the car park for only one night. Something to consider about for some.Most of the hotel would not charge hotel's guest parking ticket fees. Guest needs to be pay the fees at the machine at car park.

This Architecture of this hotel is very interesting. Good for photography and some great shots. The pool on the top is nice and offers great view of the PUTRAJAYA city. There are really good activities for kids including a play center. The food at the main restaurant was good too.

Beautiful view of the lakeside at night. Superb facility. Even my room have a jacuzzi! Suitable for those with young family since have games for kids to play. Loved this place. Looking forward to morning breakfast so I can have my cup of cappuccino!

Overall a pleasant experience with friendly and helpful staff. My only small complaint was the room not being cleaned on my second day staying there but it was quickly rectified when I brought it to the hotel's notice. The hotel will be undergoing renovations and upgrades starting February this year (2023) but should be open again this year in October-November

We celebrated the new year in this hotel; they had a countdown party by the pool, and hotels under the Marriott group joined this countdown. Booked a family suite & the room is sooo spacious, it can fit in 2 families conveniently. The surrounding & indoor garden is lovely. It has a large pool too for adults & kids. I love this hotel because of its location by the lake. We can put our bikes together from the basement car park and cycle straight to the bike path near the car park. Alamanda Shopping Mall is also a short walking distance away. Super convenient.

Hotel located in the middle of Putrajaya. Old hotel currently under renovation. nice hotel. Staff are super friendly. foods are good. swimming pool. only one thing to comment since hotel under renovation, they have change the lobby to another floor and have to use bit odd temporary entrance. Too far from the city. Hotel is situated way inside from the main road. Too many lizards in the room. Hardly had sleep, due to lizards on the wall. We had call reception every time for removal of lizards. Not a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very secluded and calm. The room size if very spacious too. There was also office table and small coffee table set. Even with deluxe king size bed, the room is still spacious.

The breakfast is terrible. Food iare not even to say is warm. All are cold included the porridge. The omelettes and soft boil eggs are done in advance without cover up or keep warm. Lunch and dinner also got some dishes are cold.

Touched with the hospitality of the staffs. There was a moment when my son was crying and this gentleman (one of Zenith Hotel staff) tried his best to calm my son down. I took twin bed room. Quite nice hotel. The view is the panoramic and tranquil. The food is ok. Various TV channels. The room service can be further improved. Particularly on these two things: 1) The air conditioning isn't cool. Even with the air conditioner set to chill mode at 18 dc for hours, the room's temperature is only 27 dc during day time. 2) The towels have an unpleasant smell.

Located at quite a strategic place to eat. You can find a lot of fast food restaurants available... Just name it, and... "Oh, there it is!". There are also mamak restaurants such as Line Clear and Haji Din Tapah. Mohd Chan also opens here. The only disadvantage that I've so far is that it is far from the government offices. So you'll need to drive, rent a car or hire a driver if you wish to go to that...

Ok, for the price. Furnishing are kept to bare necessities. Needs some maintenance. Food around the hotel is great, and many alternative cuisines;all within walking distance. Mydin is also across the street should you need anything.

Stayed here for few nights while at Sunway. Very convenient place with clean rooms. The aesthetics and atmosphere were great too. Many stalls opened for 24 hours so it's rest assured if you're hungry at midnight. It's also 2 minutes walk to Sunway Pyramid mall.

The hotel is relatively quiet at night. You might be able to hear workers moving gas tanks in the morning as there are restaurants nearby. Getting hot water is rather troublesome as you have to go down to the ground to get it. Kettle is provided but with no boiler. Surprisingly you could find hair dryer in the room.

Everything OK but how management just let only one cleaner to handle all the units, I never see even budget hotel just provide one cleaner in one building. Will face problem when full house N the cleaner have no time to clean all the room. For sure it will lead to customer dispute. Please top management do something. This is a private daily rental. We stayed for a night. Car park inside Sunway is great. At that moment, we were surprised to see lobby in B1 level. Such a One-table lobby! VFM place to stay at the pyramid tower. Suite comes with all amenities for business travelers. I've also seen families stay here. Ask for the suites facing the lagoon for a great view from the balcony.

The staffs are helpful and understanding. The room is ok however the elevator and wifi is not working. What makes it worse is the room on the first floor, has no telco coverage. The TV has very few working channel but the reception quality is very bad.

Cheap, safe environment, walking distance from sunway mall but small rooms and too much small washroom and thats without basin. TV with all 12 malay channel. If u desire to come and sleep only thn its ok.

Something you'd definitely expect from a super-budget hotel. Overall, it was a good enough place to sleep through the night. Though it could have been better if some utilities were usable enough (e.g. Damaged doorknobs and an under-maintained elevator).
