Excellent location and service. The rooms were spacious . The hotel could use a bit up gradation. The room had a little musty smell but it was ok. The mini bar had a lot of complimentary items like chips, various kind of drinks, which the kids enjoyed. It was connected to the ICOI mall hence e all the restaurants and shops were literally steps away. Would recommend.

My first time here and the receptionist definitely nailed it by giving me an early check ins instead of at 4pm. Even more welcoming they handed in another extra welcome cookies. However i find the swimming pool water a little dirty. Also, i find the recreation staff at kids club is not as friendly as she should. Otherwise everything was good 👍🏻

Far from KL city centre. Hotel room was good , just they don’t provide enough towel. I upgraded my room the next day for bathtub room and it’s take forever for them even I informed reception counter during my check-in time itself. Breakfast was okay not that wow for me. Good place to stay if you have a meeting in the heart of Putrajaya. The place didn't show any sign of rundown due to the MCO. I can see there is a mall here with the hero market and Mr DIY.

Location wise right in the middle of Putrajaya, close to Steel Mosque, Putrajaya lake and Government Offices. The breakfast is terrible. Food iare not even to say is warm. All are cold included the porridge. The omelettes and soft boil eggs are done in advance without cover up or keep warm. Lunch and dinner also got some dishes are cold.

I stayed only one night. Upon arrival, my spouse drop me and luggage ,then park the car at the designated area. You can call buggy with the QR code given to and from the hotel. Everything through the phone by the QR code such as Bellboy service, housekeeping, room services etc. Very convenient and the stay is such a breeze.

Quiet hotel with a view of the lake and the Putra Mosque. The carpeted path to the room needs to be improved, it is quite dirty, full of dust and small garbage.

Near mosque putra, beautiful view, check in very fast & doesn't take long for registration.

Located at quite a strategic place to eat. You can find a lot of fast food restaurants available... Just name it, and... "Oh, there it is!". There are also mamak restaurants such as Line Clear and Haji Din Tapah. Mohd Chan also opens here. The only disadvantage that I've so far is that it is far from the government offices. So you'll need to drive, rent a car or hire a driver if you wish to go to that...

Ok, for the price. Furnishing are kept to bare necessities. Needs some maintenance. Food around the hotel is great, and many alternative cuisines;all within walking distance. Mydin is also across the street should you need anything.

I have checked in the hotel last week on 23rd October 2020 for 2 days during PKPB in Klang Valley. I felt comfortable and safe. I saw the staff wipe the doorknobs and all surface areas and clean the elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a deluxe room with simple touches basic facilities. The price is so reasonable and they did not even charge any extra for early check in. It was very clean and comfy. Receptionist super friendly, and can check in early but must call dulu lahh to inform. Just 1 tiny problem, u can actually hear the shower rain from ur neighbor room and my room has a glass toilet's wall. I booked two rooms and was upgraded to a huge family room. My children were delighted with the space we had and how comfortable the room was. Breakfast spread was sumptuous and delectable. We even tried the room service and it was more than amazing. Great portions and excellent food!

The place look great from outside, but the room here a bit dirty and the floor feel sticky and I have seen cockroaches during my visit here......the good thing is room rate are cheap here.
