The staffs were amazing. They accomodate our needs. Initially the first room we entered had some leaking from the tub and as soon as we called up, they sent a technician to check on it and changed us to a new room. They even sent a staff to apologize for the inconvenience and for a another staff to help us pick up all our baggages. I was satisfied and at ease on how they handle the situation. Keep it up!

Hotel located in the middle of Putrajaya. Old hotel currently under renovation. nice hotel. Staff are super friendly. foods are good. swimming pool.

since hotel under renovation, they have change the lobby to another floor and have to use bit odd temporary entrance. They should have at least station a permanent staff to welcome guest.

Come here on official purpose and so far the lobby hotel under construction 🚧 for new upgrade. Food so far delicious & can't say about accommodation since don't stay there.

The room is spacious and attached with a huge bathroom but furnitures and interior design looking old and outdated. Secret garden is just in front of the hotel with walking distance. Good for those who love greens and peaceful environment. Delicious breakfast but was not up to standard compared to the ordinary 5 star hotel in the City. Friendly and helpful staffs. Pillow too soft and can't sleep well. We booked for 1 night stay for 3 adults for cost RM450, is too pricey compare to what the hotel provided. Initially we plan to have a relax and pleasant stay in the hotel and wish to enjoy the facilities here but ended with give up and change the plan to hang out in IOI City Mall as most of the hotel facilities is old and run down. The swimming pool is not same as what they shown in photos. In overall, it was a disappointed stay for us and we can't agree to 5 star as what the hotel declared.

Too far from the city. Hotel is situated way inside from the main road. Too many lizards in the room. Hardly had sleep, due to lizards on the wall. We had call reception every time for removal of lizards. Not a pleasant stay.

The hotel is very secluded and calm. The room size if very spacious too. There was also office table and small coffee table set. Even with deluxe king size bed, the room is still spacious.

The posh rooms and beautiful deco, with comfortable beds and spacious space with unique nooks & crannies and good ligthtings.
Also, Secret Garden is a bonus amazing experience.

What i love most here is the people who are always pleasant and welcoming. Good food, nice ambience and pool view is amazing! Always be my best place for chill and have a meeting with client too.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days there. The hotel is spacious, clean but it looks quite old.
The view of the hotel is quite nice. So calm and peaceful here.
The breakfast is not bad. Some of dishes are really nice. The service is so good. Recommended for you who want to stay and see the masjid around

Stay two nights here for work related seminar, food buffet were delicious and as a coffee lover I love their auto espresso maker at the cafe. The room were spacious and the bathroom equipped with the bathtub. Water heater work fine but my room bathroom door were a bit jammed and hard to open and close.
