My husband and I had the best stay so far compared to many other hotels we’ve visited. It was truly a memorable experience. A heartfelt thank you to DoubleTree by Hilton for the generous complimentary access—we thoroughly enjoyed the lounge and felt truly pampered. An amazing and unforgettable stay!

My first time here and the receptionist definitely nailed it by giving me an early check ins instead of at 4pm. Even more welcoming they handed in another extra welcome cookies. However i find the swimming pool water a little dirty. Also, i find the recreation staff at kids club is not as friendly as she should. Otherwise everything was good 👍🏻

Far from KL city centre.

Hotel room was good , just they don’t provide enough towel.
I upgraded my room the next day for bathtub room and it’s take forever for them even I informed reception counter during my check-in time itself.
Breakfast was okay not that wow for me. I took dinner buffet with them for my family and I will rate 6/10. Very standard meals nothing else.
Staff should get more training in politeness. Overall the hotel staffs need this briefing. None of them have the courtesy to smile or greet the hotel guest. Your staff represents your brand and it’s your duty to ensure they practice it.

I ordered food from Makan Kitchen (hotel restaurant) The care line staff Ms Ainul and Ms Fara was attentive. Food was okay.

The plus point is they have facilities for kids which is great . But I would like to highlight few things about this.

I saw one little boy was siting duck and peeing near the slide and I was waiting if the recreation staff will take action but all he did was just ignored it. He should try to stop the boy and inform the parents immediately but this really sick for me to see because it’s unhygienic behaviour.

Then I brought my kids to arcade room and most of the gaming machine is SCAM. I inserted coins for the machine as per description but the machine not working I ended up lose about RM20 (each token RM1) and yes you actually can claim from kids club counter staff by telling them about this but don’t you think is troublesome for us ? While having kids and walk around ? The hotel should doing business with professional vendor or scamming our money !

For the kids club most of the games they have all missing in parts. Even the puzzle 🧩 same. No much activity inside the club house . Only plus point is they provide colouring paper for both boy and girls with colour pencils.

Overall I will rate my stay 2.5⭐️/5⭐️

I enjoyed my room and I like the location. Peaceful feeling staying here. Definitely I will be back by with least expectations.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and the toilet was clean. However, the towels had a musty smell, possibly because they weren’t completely dry.

The environment was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is quite large, so be prepared to walk a bit. Parking is RM3 per entry if you validate your ticket at the counter,otherwise, you’ll be charged RM8.

The kids’ pool was a bit concerning. The floor tiles were broken in several spots, which could be dangerous if stepped on.

On a positive note, the breakfast was the highlight of our stay! The food was delicious with a great variety to choose from. There was also a live band performing on Friday night, the music was lovely and the vocals were impressive.

The welcome is very good. The room really comfortable, very spacious and a very nice inner courtyard and very large! The reception very personalised and with attention to details for each request. They have wonderful pillows, made my night even more calm. I only had some issues with the bathroom and tap waters - the water that came out was little, not what I expected it to be.

Makan Kitchen had some varieties of food - I loved their coffee latte. Superb! Parking were also convenient.

Best place to have a holiday with family as it is kids friendly and provide a lot of facilities for kids to play
