The room is spacious and clean with good views. Malls are within driving distance. My kids love the pools so much.. worth the money im paying

Beautiful and quiet place to retreat, in the midst of "brick forest" Klang Valley. Superb service and facilities. For foreigners, the deco is a fantastic reflection of traditional Malaysian houses.

This resort is beautiful and huge. The room was spacious and have a stunning view of the lake. I was there with my husband during that time and really enjoy the romantic feeling that we had during the stay. The food was fantastic and had a lot of variety.

Enjoyed the stay here. Classy and elegance. Worth for the price. Breakfast is awesome. Friendly customer service. Comfortable beds. Washroom is awesome. Good for honeymoon. Worldclass standard. Will go again definately some other day just to relax and pamper ourself. Great experience. Has buggy and shuttle service as well. Overall rating 5/5

A very relaxing and unique hotel. But once checked out I was charged RM15 for the car park for only one night. Something to consider about for some.Most of the hotel would not charge hotel's guest parking ticket fees. Guest needs to be pay the fees at the machine at car park.

This Architecture of this hotel is very interesting. Good for photography and some great shots. The pool on the top is nice and offers great view of the PUTRAJAYA city. There are really good activities for kids including a play center. The food at the main restaurant was good too.

We had a complimentary stay but I felt sorry to use mine and stayed here. A huge hotel and supposed to be beautiful but very weird designed. The room looks old and small for its stars. It is located in the middle of nowhere. Few tiny games for children downstairs. No bathtub in the bathroom. Probably an orange juice from mini market somewhere for our welcome drinks. We were placed on Raffles section, next to Service Room where repeatedly sirens of machine excruciatingly annoyed at 5am. Perfect disaster!

Beautiful view of the lakeside at night. Superb facility. Even my room have a jacuzzi! Suitable for those with young family since have games for kids to play. Loved this place. Looking forward to morning breakfast so I can have my cup of cappuccino!

Best experience ever. Superb environment, full with entertainment for kids. My daughter really enjoys her weekend. All the staff were super friendly, especially the guy who handle the kids area. Keep up the good effort

infinity pool with good view but kinda small. There's another pool on upper floor where you can see the PICC when you swim. It's kinda cool. The room's comfy. Breakfast's good. Car park was confusing.
