Friendly staff, but that’s it. The bed is extremely hard and caused serious back pain. I couldn’t sleep properly. The toilet is a big no, and the elevator is very small. Not a comfortable stay at all.

I had a pleasant stay here. The location is convenient, the room is affordable, and everything was comfortable for a short trip. The receptionist, Sara, was especially friendly and very helpful throughout my stay.

Location is moderate. The room cleanliness can be further improved especially the washroom. No chair is provided and the table is too small.

A humble place with 5 star services. Friendly and helpful staff especially Mr Daniel. This is a quiet retreat with restaurants within walking distance. 5 minutes drive to Aeon Shah Alam. Will definitely stay here again for my future visits to Shah Alam.

Very bad experience. I had booked a room for two nights, but upon arrival I was told the system had automatically cancelled my booking. They gave me a room in another hotel instead, which was smaller and worse, yet still charged me the original price.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The internet connection was reliable and fast, which was a big plus. I had requested an early check-in, and although there was a small additional charge, the hotel accommodated my request without any hassle. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would consider staying here again.
