It's an Old Hotel, currently under construction for improvements. The Lobby of the hotel is inaccessible by car, we have to drive down straight to the parking lot, luckily we did not have to carry many luggages. While the interior may be considered a little old fashioned, I found this hotel to be clean, the staff attentive and polite, the breakfast quite good, and the location excellent. I know that the renovations caused a little inconvenience, but they are focused on upgrading, and they continue to put guest comfort at the heart of what they do. Good stay - thank you.

Good solid Hilton property with spacious rooms and some of the nicest staff encountered in a while, management here really does place a premium on hospitality. Lobby is closed for renovation, rooms could use an update, breakfast and lounge are refreshing. Location is not bad but can be slightly inconvenient depending on where you're going.

During arrival, I had 2 rooms booked whereas I have cancelled a room with bathtub way earlier and remained with a normal room. The hotel is spacious and the facilities are really nice. Good front desk staff, helped with taxi bookings for shopping. The Melting Pot restaurant in the hotel serve nice halal meals and vegetarian dishes as well.

They are very friendly and respectful , the room furniture is okay , having various food. The issue is in the A/C and the level of cleanliness , the room is not clean enough from the beginning, the towels have spots , the mirrors are not well cleaned, even the bathroom isn’t clean enough. Good value place to stay in Shah Alam. Hotel decor is dated but the place is kept clean and tidy. We were very satisfied with our room which was huge in size as compared to modern boutique hotels nowadays. Cleanliness was good. Front desk wad very polite and friendly as well. Definitely will return if we ever need a stay in the area in the future.

The rooms were okay only. For those who don't smoke, be mindful to ask for your room in a non-smoking floor. The staff were friendly & helpful but the rooms were pretty old & the toilet not so well maintained. Stayed for a short weekend getaway. I'm originally from KL but there's something about staying in a hotel in your own hometown. Overall experience was wonderful and my friends and I enjoyed our stay over the weekend. If anything, we love the ambience that Eastin offered. Quite troublesome to get my keys. Need to collect pass card from a mail box which it's hard to find, eventhough seeking help from security guard. I stayed two nights at the hotel. The rooms were clean and although is very central location, we didn’t have any problems with noise. The location is very good. Copper Mansion at Geno Hotel offer high end chinese cuisine food. They have dim sum also. Their food overall is pretty delicious, love their stir fry noodle and the chicken in sweet sauce. Had few nights in Best Western i-City and my little brothers are having their best time on school break. Went to water park beside to hotel everyday, free of charge thanks to Best Western. Also their breakfast is delicious and the vibes is enjoyable.

Rooms and service are good, but the location is very bad. Getting there in a taxi or even private vehicle is very difficult if you are not around from here. The parking area or the front area will be crowded at weekend and expect long vehicles queues.

Stay here for 2 night. Although the room a little bit small, it was very clean. The staff from the receptionist, guards and room service are great. Very polite and always greet you. The matress is very comfy and so are the pillow. The only negative point to my dislike is during the night, a lot of noise coming from the amusement park nearby.

Booked for Premier Twin Suite - room is spacious. Made a special request for room to be near the elevator and the hotel did provide as per request. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean with lift but a bit pricey. For compact budget hotels, they should have kept the prices below one hundred ringgit. The premise and its' surrounding are very clean. Free parking is offered for the convenience of guest. The staffs are friendly. However, the rooms are quite small. There was some renovation going on during my stay, therefore it was a bit noisy. Free WiFi is available and the connection speed is good enough to watch HD videos with no buffering.
