The room was absolutely great and beautiful. Got a nice view of the pool and city as well. Really enjoyed my stay here at Hilton PJ for the first time. The service is excellent as all the staffs are friendly and helpful. A convenient place to stay as there are many shops nearby to eat.

Always like the central location... Just between KL & PJ... very convenient to meet people... Has been renovated... Looks nicer now...

We can’t use digital keycard because it wasn’t book directly with the hotel, pool wasn’t open due to maintenance, great hotel but recommend to stay here after they done renovate, they have a great gym room though

We love our stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. It was a nice staycation, and we ordered some food to the room. Overall we are happy and it was a good experience. Breakfast was good too.. will come back again if have chance..

Friendly and helpful staffs providing good service. We always enjoy staying in this hotel. Looking forward for more variety of dishes to be served in the executive lounge for my next stay.

First of all, friendly staff and nice modern lobby. Also, the rooms are clean and tidy. However, the hotel is really dated, eg only two elevators and NONE of the displays work properly (level 7)

Overall all is awesome. Like their gym room facilities. Nice and equipped with technogym equipments.

The gym is very spacious, the pool was not bad. The staff were accommodative. Just need to be careful of the entrance which is a bit hard to find.
