Being during the new year. The resort is located 40 mins drive from Muscat. Mango trees, coconut trees, chikoo trees in the resort. More than 102 species of birds like Owl, Kingfisher etc found. Spotted a porcupine , Hare too. Good food and service. Flexible for breakfast🍳☕🍞 needs as per taste. Multi nationality staffs.

The grounds are lovely and serene: quiet gardens and bike paths, swimming pool and spa. The rooms are adequate. The service is touch and go. They often forget to put some amenities in the rooms or there is something that doesn't work.

35 minutes away from Muscat Airport with a taxi ride. It costs around 15 Oman Riyali. You can arrange taxi from the resort so they will pick you up anytime you want. Staff is very co-operative: 4.5 Star , Cleanliness: 5 Star, Seems Little expensive because of Location, Even it is not in the main city of Oman even then they are charging OMR 21 without breakfast.

Location is perfect, staff is nice and friendly, the only problem is the rooms are not well equipped and of low quality. For room service we have to ask them, and they won't bother untill asked for.

The room has everything you need though the kitchen could be better equipped. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Location is a bit far from the main attractions in Muscat but for the cheap prices you can't complain. I recommend to book online in advance because it's cheaper than paying at the reception.

There were ants in the first flat we checked in so we asked for a different flat and they were the staff were helpful and understanding. There was a leakage in two of the bathrooms which made it smell awful. Although the staff were friendly and very helpful, the apartments require more care and maintenance

Location is good. Its located near to the seeb park and seeb beach. Good for evening walk. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is tasty. Staff is polite. Pool is big and ample of parking available. There is still scope of cleanliness and maintainance work specially in the restaurant.

The room is fine consist a king size bed a and a fine toilet if you are looking for a cheap room this is where you need to go wifi was the major problem in my defense. There are wifi routers placed on every floor but finding internet would be like finding nemo in open waters.

It's an amazing experience. Surely one of the best accommodations we've encountered in all places. The good quality of the facilities there and the real hospitality of their entertainment make you feel like a VIP there untill the moment you left. I have to mention also the baggage clerk we met there,I don't think we'll consider any other accommodation in Oman when we'll visit there again.

Honestly the hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms with clean bathrooms. Excellent location near the amazing Seeb beach. Friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Brilliant gym and swimming facility. Terrace with seating arrangement to get an amazing view of the waters of gulf of Oman. Overall, a pleasant stay. We r almost 400 passengers from Biman Bangladesh Airlines stayed at 11/06/18 bcz of our flight delayed duo to bad whether in Bangladesh . Suddenly we checked in hotel but they handled everything very good. In this situation everything was nicely. .Thanks to management & all the staff.

The staff was nice. But the room was facing the highway and the windows are thin so it was very loud. The bed was not comfy. The shower had a low pressure and it was cold. Breakfast was disappointing, processed cheese, chemical tasting juice, baked beans from a can.

Very good value for money. Excellent service, always trying to make you feel comfortable. Clean pad free with everything needed. Airport is very close d end planes fly over sometimes in the middle of the night. Getting to it was not well indicated by Google maps, so beware of that.

This is good hotel in muscat. But it is not so good compare to UAE. If you lower your eyes and expertation a little bit. You can enjoy your travel in there. I think a travel may meet uncomfortble as making comfortable.

Its little bit less expensive hotel in the area. It is not in the core of the population but having a peaceful location. It is for the people who doesn't need a high standard hotel facilities but it can fulfil the needs of the guests.

Good experience in Oman Palm Hotel Suites I was happy because I got good dealing from the team quite and clean but some equipment in the kitchen were old there were some iron rust need to change and kitchen not very clean as well as limited TV channels only one channel for children.. Normally is clean and comfortable. Could be improved by providing soundproof as it is near Muscat airport and flights can be noisy sometime. Also noticed cleanliness is not as it used to be when I stayed the previous time
