The room is good for its price, its clean, tv is not working though and the phone is also disconnected.
I had to go the elevator area to use the phone to call reception for some request. But This are small things and I believed it can be fixed. Front desk staff is so approachable and professional. I will probably book again in this hotel.

Mediocre Hotel..... Good staff at reception...... Bad House keeping..... Very basic hotel ...... Ideal only for a short stay near the airport. Located in Seeb which is far from main Muscat. Difficult to get around unless you have your own Car. The best possible area nearby is Al Mouj adjacent to the Airport. Seeb Beach is also quite dirty.

The hotel is not far from the airport. Room was big but the window of our room faced to the neighbour building which made the room dark. It was ok for us as we were staying only few hours in the hotel before our flight. There were no shampoo or shower gel in the room. They provided it to us after 10 minutes from our request. In general it’s ok to stay there for short period of time before flights.

Wonderful property. Very attentive and helpful front desk. Amazing sunset and seaside views from rooftop. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend!

Hotel is very accessible, near to airport, supermarket and fast food (Pizza Hut).

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was particularly convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I especially want to recognize Receptionist's for her friendly and attentive service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
As a suggestion for improvement, it would be beneficial if the breakfast cost could be included in the room rate. Currently, it's listed as a separate expense. This would make budgeting and overall pricing more transparent for guests.

Excellent hotel, renovated, clean rooms, very polite staff, most importantly 200 meters to the beach. I would like to thank the girls from the reception, Sarisa and Natty, they helped a lot with searching for information in Oman, finding the companies I needed, telling me how to get there, and thanks for the room with a gorgeous view of the sea. I will definitely come here only. I recommend this hotel.

I just loved the hotel. The rooms are big and the air conditioning is very powerful. You need good air conditioning in the heat of the city. Housekeeping did a good job and the rooms were very clean every day. I loved the swimming pool. My room was on the 5th floor, as is the pool. I was swimming every morning. Breakfast at 3 R. was good. Nearby is a convenience store, pizza hut, Chinese restaurant, and ATM. Good transport to the rest of the city. Overall a very good hotel and I had a good stay.
