Excellent!!
Very neat and clean, new construction and all amenities are of good condition.
Washing machine, refrigerator, Tea making pot , gas oven , plates , cups what not !!!
Would love to stay again. Nothing to mention bad.
RO 13 for a 2BHK is absolutely cheapest.
But this will go up to RO 18 during peak season

Rooms are very clean, there’s everything you need downstairs from a hypermarket to food to laundry to bakery. it was very comfortable until i found out i was robbed. I left my purse inside the room during my stay and inside were 300$ which im sure of. When i came back and opened the purse i found 100$ missing.
It’s comfy yet not safe for your belongings especially money. Housekeeping will search through your bags for valuables and take it.

Nice service from the manager ( Manoj) from Kerala. He is very helping and cooperative.
Price are comparatively cheap for budget travelers and rooms are nice. The main positive things are supermarkets and restaurant all are at walkable distance. And there is not traffic block for traveling to major site seen points from this hotel.

Best affordable Hotel we could get just for 13OMR thats 130 Dhm .
We got 2BHK and it was spacious , clean and Comfortable.
Suggest you to visit them and book it without 2nd Thought.

We came from Dubai we stayed for 5 days with family. Great service, Great staff, everyday Neat and clean Room, very economical in October. Around the hotel, all Restaurants and markets are available Ideal location. Highly recommended.
