Enjoyed our stay in Salalah but were a little disappointed by the hotel. We paid for a family room as we believed it would be bigger and a bit nicer than a normal room. This wasn't the case. The only difference is that the family rooms have a bath, a feature we didn't want and comes at the cost of a shower (which we did want). This is not shown in the website pictures. We recently stayed at Al Baleed Resort, and it was an excellent, personalized experience. The service and the staff were exceptional; they even helped me fix my handbag in the Mekong restaurant. A beautiful resort in Salalah, close to the Al Baleed museum. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are beautiful (we had a garden suite with pool and a lagoon villa with pool, both were gorgeous). Food was of a very high standard, we loved Al Bait and Mekong. Excellent breakfasts by the pool.

Don't go with the high expectations coz of given pictures. Furniture is old and interior of the hotel is also old. Menu is very expensive as compared to other hotels. On Service really need to work Nd imporove it.

If it was possible to give half a star extra I would. I arrived at 4am in the morning tired and looking forward to sleeping. I was greeted at reception by a kind gentleman. A great value option if you're in Salalah for Khareef. 5 minute walk to Bon Lab (the best café in the world) and right across the road is a large supermarket. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and housekeeping are unintrusive. The gym and leisure facilities are nice to have, but they are a little lacking. I'd recommend going to Horizon Fitness across the road if you want to work out.

We went there in 2015 when it was still new, Rooms are very spacious and the balcony opens to the sea, the hotel is at the beach (hardly 50mtrs) and around half a km from the main road, it has easy access to the main attractions at Salalah.

Nice service from the manager ( Manoj) from Kerala. He is very helping and cooperative. Price are comparatively cheap for budget travelers and rooms are nice. The main positive things are supermarkets and restaurant all are at walkable distance. And there is not traffic block for traveling to major site seen points from this hotel.

A new, very elegant and clean resort. It has an elegant health club with the latest sports equipment. The place is beautiful and quiet. It is located on the outskirts of the city of Salalah, specifically in the Awqad area.

A quiet place near the ocean. Rooms were pretty good sized. Took an interconnected room. Cleanly maintained. It is always better to have your own car / hire a car - plenty of self parking available. We had a really good experience. The room deal and service from the front desk person (feeling so bad that i am not able recollect his name, but remember his home town ‘Mahi’) was so great. Beautiful hotel, stunning views, a nice drive from Salalah. Had great food and was a good place for a girls day out. Have visited this hotel many times and always had a good time. There was only one time that a scene was caused with a drunken couple being too intimate in public and the locals got quite angry but it resolved shortly after.
