Room service is awesome. Almost everything is good. Highly recommend their beef ground burger , potato wedges and toasted chicken tikka sandwich. Grilled jumbo prawns was the best of all.

Enjoyed our stay in Salalah but were a little disappointed by the hotel. We paid for a family room as we believed it would be bigger and a bit nicer than a normal room

Nice and beautiful hotel with big park-like surrounding and water channels. Pool area could be nicer with more Arabic style but therefore you get a really huge and excellent beach.

Room was excellent and clean

Sehr gut. Phantastischer kilometerlanger Strand. Schöne Anlagen gebaut in arabischem style. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind in einzelstehenden Chalets untergebracht. Freundlicher Service, viele Palmen.

The only difference is that the family rooms have a bath, a feature we didn't want and comes at the cost of a shower (which we did want). This is not shown in the website pictures

Beautiful resort in Hawana Salalah. There are other resorts in the same region and offer supplementary services/deals. We stayed for 3 nights and our time was well spent. Staff is friendly and rooms are big and clean

The only thing which I didn't like and maybe because of the room is the cleaning service. Most of the days i stayed; the cleaning person was coming in the wrong timing

Huge indoor and outdoor restaurant is one of their specialty and different verities of amazing foods is another attraction. Beach and swimming pools are exceptional. There is no difficulty for parking

This resort is an excellent choice for families with children, offering plenty of playgrounds and ample space for evening walks. I recommend it for a relaxing vacation, both for families with children and others

Our stay at the millennium hotel was very pleasant. Exceptional service and quick service. We had no issues at all, and everything was perfect! Very clean and organized, modern technology and cozy

The main reason im writing this review is to thank Darshana on reception. All staff were courteous and smiley but Darshana extended himself. Always happy to help, he's intelligent and very knowledgeable

The Crowne Plaza is a really nice hotel, right on the beach with a very nice pool area and great restaurants. The rooms are beautifully furnished. However, the staff must be mentioned

Beach was closed for the whole stay due to high surf. Not a problem for us with small children the pool was preferred. A great resort for staying with young children

The pool with water slide, splash park, and large playground were everything we could hope for

The Salalah Garden hotel, just remember this name for the best hotel in Salalah. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious

Special thanks to Chef Sanjeev, he was very courteous n helpful. Had gone with daughter who is very picky eater. He gave her so many choices of delicious dishes that she really had her full

The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, specially julie friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The location of the hotel is great

one of the best hotel in Salalah, especially when you're travelling with kids. a lot of play ground, and the pool is really fantastic. you can just walk by if you like to play at the beach.

The pool and the closeness to the sea. The employees are very friendly and helpful. If you book breakfast at the reception it is 4 OMR, if you show up in the morning at the restaurant it is 8 OMR

However, there's one thing that I didn't like which is the fact that you are in the middle of no where where the closest shop or sign of life outside the resort is 6km away. YOU have to have your own viechle or a taxi!

The resort is very nice and comfortable , relaxing and the atmosphere is welcoming. The employees are friendly and helpful all the time

The restaurant is nicely equipped and the food is very delicious and the music is just perfect

We arrived @ 17:00 yet the room wasn't ready! Customer service at the reception wasnt polite,as she was very rude and ignored us.Refused to give us two single bed rooms that we asked through booking!

Don't go with the high expectations coz of given pictures. Furniture is old and interior of the hotel is also old. Menu is very expensive as compared to other hotels. On Service really need to work Nd imporove it.

Need to be mentioned that very good room services and foods items. Morning breakfast have much choices food items. However, good hospitality is being maintained well

And With this hotel have electrical shop, clothes shop, pharmacy, massage centres, money exchange and in opposite there is big mall is called Lulu (hyper market)

I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast setup. The bed was enormous and perfect for the sleep I was looking forward to. The room was scarily massive and was divided into 2 parts day zone andd night zone

Besides that the location is great, service was excellent, staff people were great (hi to Bala from the Al Mina! 😊) and we were treated always with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction focus

Our one-bedroom private pool villa was fantastic and ideal for families. It was spacious, luxurious, and had everything we needed to stay comfortable. We loved playing with our little daughter in the pool

In the beginning we had some troubles with our room which smelled and also with some little animals but the staff was great changing the room and also enabling pest control to remove the unwanted inhabitants

The boat ride was relaxing; even our little girl loved her adventure. Also, we are missing our endless sunset walks at the beach, which provided a stunning backdrop for the vibrant colors of the setting sun

We recently stayed at Al Baleed Resort, and it was an excellent, personalized experience. The service and the staff were exceptional; they even helped me fix my handbag in the Mekong restaurant

Overall everything was really with high standards. The linen, bed, the lighting, beach,pool and the breakfast had value for money. The staff was well trained and was aware of high levels of customer service.

I always like how comfy the bed and pillows were. I don't have any complaints about the rooms except missing the small towel in the bathroom. However, this time I tried to have dinner in the restaurant

Our upgraded Palace Suite was amazing with a special welcome sign, card , fruit, flowers and treats to help us celebrate our anniversary

Resort has 2 pools, one with a bar and a second pool only for adults. Water was cold at that time of the year (December) so we didn't use too much but we enjoyed sunbathing there

There is enough equipment for the size of the resort. Sauna is great and with no extra charge. The place is quite so if You want more night entertainment You need to go to Al Fanar. Organized in marina for all resorts

Not too much choice but always well prepared, tasty and fresh. Breakfast: eggs, variety of vegetables and fruits, breads, pancakes, etc. Unfortunately for us all fresh juices and oatmeal had added sugar

Staff was so nice and every day they would prepare for us oats and milk without sugar. Special thank You for Ayobi and Suva who would remember about morning oats and green tea every day

I have never eaten such a nice chicken. Plenty of delicious salads and fresh vegetables. Dinner you can choose from several restaurants or buffet. Most restaurants are available on 6

First impression was great and as time went on it got better. This resort is pretty small so if You are looking for a peaceful stay it’s definitely the right choice

I wanted to go to the swimming pool and gym. but unfortunately couldn't make it as I had limited time. Overall it was a good experience. This location is at the centre

A very clean hotel with spacious rooms. It's a German chain of hotels. You have a few restaurants around including KFC a 5 mins walk, 2 mins to KM trading supermarket. Convenient for food and basic needs

Best service of everyone working there. They take care of you very well and do so happily. I enjoyed 4 full days here and would do so again. Thank you very much intercity hotel.

A great value option if you're in Salalah for Khareef. 5 minute walk to Bon Lab (the best café in the world) and right across the road is a large supermarket

Friendly staff, clean rooms. The location with a very good parking too. Although it's not a 5 star hotel but it has everything you need in a 5 star hotel.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, and housekeeping are unintrusive. The gym and leisure facilities are nice to have, but they are a little lacking

We had a really good experience. The room deal and service from the front desk person (feeling so bad that i am not able recollect his name, but remember his home town ‘Mahi’) was so great

The view is mind blowing .The room was large and beautiful. Breakfast was average . You have to remind supervisor for daily cleaning . The lady Lily was superb helpful and always smiling.

We went there in 2015 when it was still new, Rooms are very spacious and the balcony opens to the sea, the hotel is at the beach (hardly 50mtrs) and around half a km from the main road, it has easy access to the main attractions at Salalah

Gym and swimming pool needs major renovation

The position is excellent, right in the middle of the city. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the space for personal stuff is well organized. Bathrooms and showers are in great number

Location of the hotel is great. Rooms are good but mosquitoes and insects were there. Buffet breakfast was pathetic. You need to call twice or thrice if you want anything in room

A three star hotel at the center of salalah. Affordable prices and good breakfast options. Rooms are spacious and clean.

We were greeted with very good hospitality by mr Emad and Mr Suhail. They took the time and efforts to show us the property. Rooms were spacious and neat at a good monthly rate

A great place with spacious apartments. All its fittings are in good condition as its a newer hotel apartment. Apartment includes fridge, microwave and a kettle. It lacks a washing machine and restaurant
