Our stay at the millennium hotel was very pleasant. Exceptional service and quick service. We had no issues at all, and everything was perfect! Very clean and organized, modern technology and cozy

Amazing hospitality. The staff is extremely friendly and loving. The rooms are very clean and there’s lots of attention to details. It’s a little paradise. I would definitely go back.

I recommended it to stay on this hotel. The people of the hotel are amazing. The only down side is the wifi. It is usable but its not fast enough especially who came for business

Guests who want to get free service threaten the employees with bad comments, and they do. However, paying for the service you receive is an honor, not a complaint

Room service is awesome. Almost everything is good. Highly recommend their beef ground burger , potato wedges and toasted chicken tikka sandwich. Grilled jumbo prawns was the best of all.

Enjoyed our stay in Salalah but were a little disappointed by the hotel. We paid for a family room as we believed it would be bigger and a bit nicer than a normal room

Nice and beautiful hotel with big park-like surrounding and water channels. Pool area could be nicer with more Arabic style but therefore you get a really huge and excellent beach.

Room was excellent and clean

Sehr gut. Phantastischer kilometerlanger Strand. Schöne Anlagen gebaut in arabischem style. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind in einzelstehenden Chalets untergebracht. Freundlicher Service, viele Palmen.

The only difference is that the family rooms have a bath, a feature we didn't want and comes at the cost of a shower (which we did want). This is not shown in the website pictures

Besides that the location is great, service was excellent, staff people were great (hi to Bala from the Al Mina! 😊) and we were treated always with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction focus

Our one-bedroom private pool villa was fantastic and ideal for families. It was spacious, luxurious, and had everything we needed to stay comfortable. We loved playing with our little daughter in the pool

In the beginning we had some troubles with our room which smelled and also with some little animals but the staff was great changing the room and also enabling pest control to remove the unwanted inhabitants

The boat ride was relaxing; even our little girl loved her adventure. Also, we are missing our endless sunset walks at the beach, which provided a stunning backdrop for the vibrant colors of the setting sun

It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of our stay was the private boat experience. It was a unique opportunity to explore the stunning coastline of Salalah from the water

We recently stayed at Al Baleed Resort, and it was an excellent, personalized experience. The service and the staff were exceptional; they even helped me fix my handbag in the Mekong restaurant

And is eager to ensure guests are happy with the quality of his work

The main reason im writing this review is to thank Darshana on reception. All staff were courteous and smiley but Darshana extended himself. Always happy to help, he's intelligent and very knowledgeable

The Crowne Plaza is a really nice hotel, right on the beach with a very nice pool area and great restaurants. The rooms are beautifully furnished. However, the staff must be mentioned

Beach was closed for the whole stay due to high surf. Not a problem for us with small children the pool was preferred. A great resort for staying with young children

The pool with water slide, splash park, and large playground were everything we could hope for

There are more European and American tourists staying here, but the breakfast is more localized and average, but fortunately there is Indian milk tea to make up for it

Its nice and tidy. Rooms are clean. You can feel you are in oasis in desert. There are a lot of plants. One of them is jasmine.. it was smelling in the morning. Take the rest..

I was on a business trip and booked a one-living room and two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony, which was pretty good, but there was only one bathroom

As mentioned before we done out locally so not sure about the food, conveniently located, take the lift straight down to the mall, this has a hyper market (carrefour) and Lulu is a walk down from the Mall (walking is not an option, you can it’s a bit of a walk with no pedestrian access)

Staff friendly except one lady at the desk when asked for two glass sent the smallest cups via room service (glass are for restaurant only, we were told) but another kind lady at the desk in the morning (when requested sent these over)

We had issues when we arrived, the gave us a standard room while we booked king room (the staff told us, that is referring to the bed size) this should not be the title of the listing (King Room etc)

The staff's attentiveness and warm hospitality were commendable, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The amenities and cleanliness were top-notch, contributing to a thoroughly enjoyable experience

The rooms were clean and neat, as was the bathroom. The food was excellent, and there are good restaurants around. The pool was spacious, and the staff was helpful and polite

Had a birthday party in banquet at 3rd Floor nice arrangements were made by team housekeeping team also did a great job by keeping the venue clean service was top notch food was tasty i would like to recommend this hotel to all my friends and family Thank you team

We had a really good experience. The room deal and service from the front desk person (feeling so bad that i am not able recollect his name, but remember his home town ‘Mahi’) was so great

We had a good chat on the places to visit and history of the town. The room and sea view was beautiful. We will surely really recommend this hotel resort for any first comers in town

The view is mind blowing .The room was large and beautiful. Breakfast was average . You have to remind supervisor for daily cleaning . The lady Lily was superb helpful and always smiling.

During drop-off the same driver was playing loud party music and handling and looking at his mobile phone along the way putting us all at a safety risk. Such staff can spoil the reputation of a hotel

The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the beach villa, which is a great option if you want to spend some time by the sea. The hotel itself is located right on the main road, so it's easy to get around from there

Last December, I took my family to the Plaza Hotel and Resort in Salalah for a three-day getaway to enjoy the end of the Khareef season. We stayed in a family suite, which was clean, spacious, and well-equipped

Very nice place, a little worn-out though. Pool is too warm for my taste. Great view from the room to the Indian Ocean. You can hear the sea from here. Nice staff.

We went there in 2015 when it was still new, Rooms are very spacious and the balcony opens to the sea, the hotel is at the beach (hardly 50mtrs) and around half a km from the main road, it has easy access to the main attractions at Salalah

Very good facilities specially kids play area & indoor pool. I was first told no rooms when i walked in but then i was able to book online & the room was available

We were greeted with very good hospitality by mr Emad and Mr Suhail. They took the time and efforts to show us the property. Rooms were spacious and neat at a good monthly rate

Mr Mohammed was extremely friendly and gave an excellent orientation and run down of prices

A great place with spacious apartments. All its fittings are in good condition as its a newer hotel apartment. Apartment includes fridge, microwave and a kettle. It lacks a washing machine and restaurant

The price was not cheap & only cleanliness to be improved

We stayed at a two bedroom apartment. Clean room at an affordable rate. However, no amenities present in the toilets, so take your own tissues, soaps, shampoos and towels etc

Very clean, comfortable beds, nice AC. Just too expensive.

The kitchen was clean, but had horrible smell. Had to keep the kitchen door closed during out two days in the hotel
