We arrived @ 17:00 yet the room wasn't ready! Customer service at the reception wasnt polite,as she was very rude and ignored us.Refused to give us two single bed rooms that we asked through booking!

Beautiful hotel, stunning views, a nice drive from Salalah. Had great food and was a good place for a girls day out. Have visited this hotel many times and always had a good time. There was only one time that a scene was caused with a drunken couple being too intimate in public and the locals got quite angry but it resolved shortly after.

The hotel is located on the beachfront, right next to the sea, but swimming is impossible due to the waves and the red flag! It's impossible to book a room for 1 person with breakfast included (only for 2 people at a time). Breakfast is good, but you can't eat on the terrace because a flock of crows swoops down and all the chairs are dirty. Why doesn't the restaurant put up bird nets like other hotels...

Friendly staff the only bad thing I can mention got nothing to do with the hotel but is the taxi drivers who wait outside in front of the street at the hotel. If you use the otaxi app they will respond and tell you you have to pay double price. You better of renting a car or book a taxi with the otaxi app from a location nearby.

Hilton Hotel is very close to the Salalah free zone, just across the street. It costs 10 Omani riyals from the airport, which is not too outrageous. I hope this can help more domestic friends.

The stylish and beautiful Anantara Hotel is located right by the sea. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; you feel so pampered. The food is varied and delicious. We would love to come back.

We stayed at this resort more than six years ago and we wanted to experience staying here again in the Khareef Season. Some things did change, but this hotel still was a great choice. The main restaurant in the hotel works very well, All staff from waiters to cooks. The Russian-speaking girl at the reception, Anna, is trying very hard. All other services are not trained to work in a 5 star hotel. They are confused about where to bring what, in which room the cake should be. The hotel is half empty, and the reception staff are asking for money for late check-out.

I was on a business trip and booked a one-living room and two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony, which was pretty good, but there was only one bathroom. The location of the hotel is great and the presence of the complex near it is excellent and the treatment of the staff at the top of sophistication But the problem of the hotel is the late arrival of bags and the lack of parking due to the use of people with guests in the same parking lot. I spent 5 nights at the hotel and really enjoyed it a lot. I deducted a bit for the location since one will only be able to get to the beach using a taxi or car. Bit then again, it is located in a really nice mall and you have all you might possibly need close by. I enjoyed going on a tour to visit some of the Wadis together with Achmed, who really took all the time to satisfy my thirst for knowledge...

If you are looking for a good breakfast and paying higher than compared to other hotels around then don't chose this one. Break fast has no variations and no options. Less quantity as well and not happy to serve you more.and good variety. We booked for that but were disappointed.Food manager absolutely not flexible . No Indian TV channels, not even 1. The hotel grounds are stunning! The staff is friendly. The waiters work hard, remembering your favorite drinks and bringing them without reminders. The food is varied and delicious. There's always plenty of fruit. The beach is gorgeous and clean.

Nice service from the manager ( Manoj) from Kerala. He is very helping and cooperative. Price are comparatively cheap for budget travelers and rooms are nice. The main positive things are supermarkets and restaurant all are at walkable distance. And there is not traffic block for traveling to major site seen points from this hotel.

Stayed here 5 nights when I was in Salalah. The room is big and comfortable. The front desk guy was super kind cuz I took the long night bus from Muscat and arrived in the early morning. He was very kind that arranged a room much earlier than the checking time for me. I really appreciated it. There are many chose of restaurants around it. It was always easy to find something to eat. Will stay here...

Average hotel It was spacious and clean. Not a bad hotel to stay in. I’m only giving it 3 stars just because the break fast was average and also you have to pay for water in the rooms. Also it was over £100 for night which is alot for 3 star hotel.

A great value option if you're in Salalah for Khareef. 5 minute walk to Bon Lab (the best café in the world) and right across the road is a large supermarket. Staff are very helpful and friendly, and housekeeping are unintrusive. The gym and leisure facilities are nice to have, but they are a little lacking. I'd recommend going to Horizon Fitness across the road if you want to work out.

A very clean hotel with spacious rooms... It's a German chain of hotels. Very nice and worth it. You have a few restaurants around including KFC a 5 mins walk, 2 mins to KM trading supermarket... Convenient for food and basic needs. Its my 4 time that I have stayed here. Came back after almost 7 years but the property is very well maintained...

City hotel is in the centre Of the city almost which is an excellent location but I didn't like the cleaning part as I had to ask for cleaning especially the wash room

Location is at the middle of salalah so perfect. The hair dryer at my room got burned after first use so I called the reception to replace it and they did withing hours ... people there are friendly and always attentive. Highly recommended

We were greeted with very good hospitality by mr Emad and Mr Suhail. They took the time and efforts to show us the property. Rooms were spacious and neat at a good monthly rate . Health facilities excellent. Mr Mohammed was extremely friendly and gave an excellent orientation and run down of prices. The Fri buffet was tasty. All in all a good experience.

Very good facilities specially kids play area & indoor pool. I was first told no rooms when i walked in but then i was able to book online & the room was available. The price was not cheap & only cleanliness to be improved.

A great place with spacious apartments. All its fittings are in good condition as its a newer hotel apartment. Apartment includes fridge, microwave and a kettle. It lacks a washing machine and restaurant. Though they have breakfast buffet available.

The hotel is perfectly fine. There is ample parking and the rooms are large. Unfortunately, waiters often clear the entire table during meals, even when there is still food on the plate being eaten.

The rooms are large and clean. Transfer to and from the beach 3 times a day. Breakfast and dinner are good, lots of fruit. We booked two hotels: Plaza and then on the beach, but without food. In the end, we liked it so much that we cancelled the second reservation and extended the Plaza
