Didn't sleep there but had dinner and breakfast. Very nice and I'm very pleased. The restaurant menu is great and so is the breakfast buffet. Also the breakfast buffet is very beautiful.

There were 4 wonderful days in this hotels. it’s located between 2 lakes, and it makes climate milder. And I didn’t feel any cold or strong wind from the lake in winter. everything is thought out to the smallest details: architecture, interior,landscaping. wonderful breakfast, individual for every person on business days, gourmet restaurant, clean and toys fully baby room. Breakfast is good, the dinner is better. Prices are normal. Dock is 100 m from hotel, you can sit to the ship and have boat trip in Augustow canal. Also near hotel (300-400 m) is Kaktusik, where often in the evenings are live music. Staff is polite, most of them understand english.

3 Degree outside temperatur and i can't heat up the room :-( ++ The WiFi is a gamble... in some parts of the area it's good. ++ 24/7 Desk !!

For the price a very good restaurant. Parking is secured with fencing and floodlights. Breakfast was also very nice and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was spacious bit the beds could be a bit more comfy (the springs were quite rough) Otherwise absolutely worth staying here as the hotel is located on a riverside.

Very good hotel. Great value for money. Huge rooms which are cleaned on a daily bases which makes it even more amazing. The breakfast is plenty and good quality. The ladies at the reception are fantastic. We supposed to stay there only 4 nights in the end we stayed 8. Only let down is the coffee at breakfast... Well can't have everything... Be back for sure.

This hotel was an amazing experience. The location, the staff, and the food were all exceptional. The restaurant at the hotel's main floor was quite cheap, especially for such a touristy town. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Nad Netty Hotel. It deserves more than 2 stars.

What I liked about this hotel: really big rooms, free parking, great location and FABULOUS breakfast. Better than in some 4 star hotels. One thing I didn't like - you can hear people in the adjoining rooms.

Being at the Palace on the Water, I focused on a high standard, various amenities and views that were unearthly. Luke, it's true! The location of the Palace is fantastic! I got just a room with a river view. I am a lover of nature and, moreover, I was very glad that I have such a landscape outside the window.

Great Medical Spa! There is whole medical center here, if you take premium package you got o LOT of different procedures, also very nice pool. Overall very clean, calm, nice atmosphere and really nice location with nice view out of window! It’s a great place if you want to come to reset. We had a wonderful stay in Sanatorium Augustow Medical Spa. We enjoyed great location, tasty food and the variety of medical treatments. The Staff is brilliant and always happy to go one mile extra to meet guests needs. Nevertheless, the room would benefit from a second pillow, and a mattress cover - or at least - a fitted sheet to properly cover the mattress, which otherwise was very comfortable....

Amazing place. The swimming pool area is surrounded by the nice views of the forest, loved the saunas as well (you can choose between two - dry and wet, that was amazing).
