Policies and conditions
- Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for 30 zł per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 12 years old stay for 90 zł per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. - Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs PLN 10 per day.

I would like to recommend this hotel.
They showed great understanding of the difficult security situation in Israel, which led to our flight being canceled.
Even though I had paid a non-refundable deposit and fully understood that it wasn’t supposed to be returned, they made an exceptional decision to refund me the full amount.
There’s no doubt I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
Humanity above all.

This hotel has left an unexpectedly pleasant impression - haven’t had such a pleasant stay for a long time. The hotel is really cozy a bit of New York style with amazing lake view and well pampered territory. The staff is really friendly, SPA zone is very clean, warm and also with a beautiful view. The restaurant serves quality breakfast and dinner for really friendly prices. Feels like I wanna move to Poland😀

Amazing food, highly recommended but waiting time for food is ridiculous. We wait over hour where was not busy. Noone informed us about waiting time neither

We slept and dined here. If you need a place to relax and get away from it all, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Didn't sleep there but had dinner and breakfast. Very nice and I'm very pleased. The restaurant menu is great and so is the breakfast buffet. Also the breakfast buffet is very beautiful.

There were 4 wonderful days in this hotels. it’s located between 2 lakes, and it makes climate milder. And I didn’t feel any cold or strong wind from the lake in winter. everything is thought out to the smallest details: architecture, interior,landscaping. wonderful breakfast, individual for every person on business days, gourmet restaurant, clean and toys fully baby room. Good SPA, incredible staff

Went there for lunch. Loved the location, the view , the intimate dining room. Food was very good and service was excellent (21.09.21). Will definitely go there again.

Rock solid 3 star hotel. It really shines among others same class hotels.

No efficiently working air-con. Extremely stuffy and hot room, even in the night. Inaccessible manager to discuss problems. Extremely weak wi-fi working only in close proximity to the reception desk. Great spa, location and one particular waitress.
