We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is very nice with good facilities. The pool is a little smaller than we were expecting from the photo's so at peak times it can be very crowded. The breakfast buffet at this hotel was incredible, it was by far the best breakfast spread I've ever had at a hotel. The room was nice, the only thing to mention would be a lack of air conditioning in the summer months...

Good place, nice rooms, nice pool, a fun place for kids with playroom and soft play as well as outdoor playgrounds. The kids won't be bored for sure. The bad part is if you are not polish and even more if you are not "white", you will face discrimination, from a lot the guests that arrive in the hotel. And occasionally from a couple of staff members

Very nice pension. More beautiful then any other hotels with 3*. Everything clean and modern. Staff was nice and always in traditional clothes. Food was very tasty! Sauna and pool is free for guests. Water in the pool was clean, not cold, many LED lights have changing colors, especially nice in the evening. Free wifi. We will come back.

Very nice place to stay. Beautiful rooms and hotel. The food is great and also jacuzzis, saunas, pool, kids corner and massage are included. Close by thermals and ski centers and Tatra Mountains. You can rent bikes as well and explore the surrounding nature. Very nice personnel

I was there on a wedding. One hell of a party I highly recommend this place for weddings. Great food and quite average rooms and beds. Overall strong 4.

Nice hotel with play ground outside and kids spot inside. If you travel with small ones you will enjoy it.

Lovely, clean hotel. Family room was perfect for us, our 16 and 13 year old boys had their own spacious bedroom. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was a problem. Breakfast great, lots of choice such as cereals, cheese, meat, yoghurt, pastries, fresh pancakes, sausages, juices, fresh fruit, coffee, tea etc. Supper is 3-6pm and you need to order it at breakfast time otherwise there isn't any supper...

It's ok, good location. Bar closes at 8pm very strange, and all staff go to sleep at night time, so even trying to exit the hotel after midnight is a challenge trying to find /wake up a staff member

Clean facility and friendly service (both owners and ladies in the kitchen). Delicious and varied breakfasts, I think that everyone will find something for themselves. There is a large ski room in the facility so you can store your belongings and dry your shoes. On the day of departure, there was no problem with extending the hotel day by 2 hours. We only stayed for one night. Enough for a very good opinion. Cleanly, nice and warm. Śniadanko great. Pension 10 minutes on foot to Term Bania. The same for the Kotelnica lift. I recommend.

We are here for the third time and certainly not the last. As always, it is delicious, clean and close to the ski lift to Kaniowce.

Nice location, really good food, good value for the money. The breakfast was amazing. The room was nice, the location of the hotel is really good, close to the downtown & close to ski bus station. I think that one of the hotels restaurants is the best from the resort as was really crowded and the people were waiting always outside to a table.

Excellent modern hotel keeping traditional style, though officially 3 star it's definitely 4 star quality. Centrally located just 3-5 minutes by free bus to the biggest skiing complex or thermal pools. Super comfortable beds, great choice at breakfast buffet.

We had lunch here on 31st of December 2021. The food was tasteful, the advice of the waitress was good. Nice design! Overall a good experience!

After arriving rooms was clean. In the room is instant kettle with tea and coffee. children play room is accessible all day, wellnes with pool is great, only bathrobe is missing on the rooms and in wellnes also. 🙁 Breakfast has varied selection what is great. I can recommend for family visit.

The stay at the Hotel was nice. The quality of the food was good. You have breakfast from 08:00-10:00 (but be aware if you come at 09:15 to have breakfast, there will be no more pancakes and the sneaky answers from the waitress, with no apologies or leak of respect was a bit to much!) We spent 4 days here at Easter and loved it. The spa was never crowded and the breakfast was the best we have ever had. You can also have dinner in the restaurant, which is also very tasty. We had no neighbours until our last day, but it turns out the walls are very thin, it can be annoying. Nevertheless, we will definitely be back!

Nice location. But the pool is only reachable with bathing clothes walking through the hotel. Brochure for massage etc only in polish. With water punched juices to breakfast that is only from 8 to 10. By the way... there is no minibar and safe on the rooms. Only kettle on the room without mugs tea or coffee. Just glasses. Good for children. But bring your own drinks! ;)

Clean and welcoming place that has a lot to offer to variety of guests. We came in summer with two kids and it was surprisingly very good. Kids had plants of places to go and play (swimming pool, two playgrounds one with cute little cottages and one for football., Playroom with lots of toys and cinema room with tales and cartoons...), Adults could enjoy the excellent food, wine and a bar in the evenings...

Great hotel !! I've been here for the 4th day. I am delighted with the views from the balcony. The cleanliness of the hotel, friendly staff and delicious meals. Very pleasant place to stay! Thanks to receptionist Anya she kindly helped us and pointed to the places of interest. Clean and nice room. Wardrobe and safe are available. I can only say about the staff at reception. They were really nice and tried to be helpful even though there weren't any rooms available for us. We came on the day and tried to just pop in as it was a spontaneous escape from our normality so we were trying our luck. Unfortunately all rooms were taken. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff is really nice. Overall very enjoyable stay for couple of days. The tap water is so mineral that it is nearly impossible to drink. I would not choose this place for skiing as the slopes are almost exclusively blue which is great for beginners but not for an advanced skier.
