The is hands down the best health spa and hotel I’ve seen! The amenities are amazing, the facilities are incredible and the hotel it self is actually a small colony by it self! Amazing place! Very nice scenary, you can see the beautiful mountains from the pool! My favorite is the outdoor thermal baths and saunas. They serve drinks at the pool and its so warm and pleasant temperature. We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and the rooms are very classic and stylish, while the bathrooms are modern and beautiful. Four night stay with adjacent rooms. The good: helpful staff, good knowledge of English, rooms fine with comfortable bed, ski lockers are massive and perfect for quick access to the slopes, breakfast good selection, food and drink reasonably priced, thermal pools good and very easy to access, convenient underground parking. The location of the resort, practically behind the fence of Term Bania, is the main advantage. Rooms clean, warm, with balconies, well equipped, there is a fridge, kettle. Very good breakfast! Comfortable rooms with modern design just our materace was slightly old. Very well located right next to the Bania and close to the city center. They are dogs friendly. I would stay there again & recommend this place.

Good place, nice rooms, nice pool, a fun place for kids with playroom and soft play as well as outdoor playgrounds. The kids won't be bored for sure. The bad part is if you are not polish and even more if you are not "white", you will face discrimination, from a lot the guests that arrive in the hotel. Amazing place and lovely staff !!

Nice location. But the pool is only reachable with bathing clothes walking through the hotel. Brochure for massage etc only in polish. With water punched juices to breakfast that is only from 8 to 10. By the way... there is no minibar and safe on the rooms. Only kettle on the room without mugs tea or coffee. Just glasses. Good for children. But bring your own drinks! ;)

Excellent hotel very greate service, mostly recommended

Clean and welcoming place that has a lot to offer to variety of guests. We came in summer with two kids and it was surprisingly very good. Kids had plants of places to go and play (swimming pool, two playgrounds one with cute little cottages and one for football., Playroom with lots of toys and cinema room with tales and cartoons...), Adults could enjoy the excellent food, wine and a bar in the evenings...

We loved staying there and even refused going to Thermae (that are not far from the hotel). We enjoyed so much the hotel's SPA without any crowd. The swimming pool and jacuzzi have a lot of functions (open from 11 am), also 2 types of sauna that looked very clean and comfortable (open from 5 pm). Nice hotel, good service, food and location.

Lovely, clean hotel. Family room was perfect for us, our 16 and 13 year old boys had their own spacious bedroom. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was a problem. Breakfast great, lots of choice such as cereals, cheese, meat, yoghurt, pastries, fresh pancakes, sausages, juices, fresh fruit, coffee, tea etc. Supper is 3-6pm and you need to order it at breakfast time otherwise there isn't any supper...

Great spot to stay

It's ok, good location. Bar closes at 8pm very strange, and all staff go to sleep at night time, so even trying to exit the hotel after midnight is a challenge trying to find /wake up a staff member

Wonderful place to stay. It must be an off sesason in July as the willage is a ski resort. So it felt like hotel was not fully booked and there was enough space to enjoy spa, kids room and breakfast. Nice location, really good food, good value for the money. The breakfast was amazing. The room was nice, the location of the hotel is really good, close to the downtown & close to ski bus station. I think that one of the hotels restaurants is the best from the resort as was really crowded and the people were waiting always outside to a table.

Clean facility and friendly service (both owners and ladies in the kitchen). Delicious and varied breakfasts, I think that everyone will find something for themselves. There is a large ski room in the facility so you can store your belongings and dry your shoes. On the day of departure, there was no problem with extending the hotel day by 2 hours. We got a pretty nice view of the slope from the room...

I would highly recommend! Delicious breakfasts and a very nice atmosphere. It's a perfect walk to the slope.

We only stayed for one night. Enough for a very good opinion. Cleanly, nice and warm. Śniadanko great. Pension 10 minutes on foot to Term Bania. The same for the Kotelnica lift. I recommend.

We are here for the third time and certainly not the last. As always, it is delicious, clean and close to the ski lift to Kaniowce.

Everything is finished with the last button! The staff of the guesthouse are very polite, the food is delicious, the rooms are cozy. The guesthouse is situated in a very good location. I will definitely come back here next year :)

A very pleasant place, clean, absolutely without reservations. Close to the center, you can easily go on foot. The lady owner is kind, she advised on eating out. We will certainly return to this place on the occasion of holidays in Białka.

Stay on January 2-6. Clean, cozy rooms, tasty (great home-made dinners, breakfast buffet), parking for guests. Ski bus from the house, both ways to the slope. The hosts nice and helpful. I recommend and greet Bartek and Kasia.
