Great hotel with family attractions and very good restaurants! Three is a lot of attractions for kids and adults . Free enter to Therma Bania is also a very nice additional plus . At evenings there is at weekends very often live music or concerts .

I can only say about the staff at reception. They were really nice and tried to be helpful even though there weren't any rooms available for us. We came on the day and tried to just pop in as it was a spontaneous escape from our normality so we were trying our luck. Unfortunately all rooms were taken. The staff were very nice and the location of the hotel is great.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is very nice with good facilities. The pool is a little smaller than we were expecting from the photo's so at peak times it can be very crowded. The breakfast buffet at this hotel was incredible, it was by far the best breakfast spread I've ever had at a hotel. Good place, nice rooms, nice pool, a fun place for kids with playroom and soft play as well as outdoor playgrounds. The kids won't be bored for sure. The bad part is if you are not polish and even more if you are not "white", you will face discrimination, from a lot the guests that arrive in the hotel. We spent one night at the hotel from 23 to 24 June. The hotel is ideally located if you want to use Termy Bania - literally a few steps away. The room we got was not big, but completely sufficient. The bathroom was large. Unfortunately, the view from the balcony was of the cemetery, but you can probably ask for a different side when booking. Lovely, clean hotel. Family room was perfect for us, our 16 and 13 year old boys had their own spacious bedroom. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was a problem. It's ok, good location. Bar closes at 8pm very strange, and all staff go to sleep at night time, so even trying to exit the hotel after midnight is a challenge trying to find /wake up a staff member

Very nice location, quite close to the thermal baths. There is also a barbecue area where you can sit with friends. Reasonable prices and comfortable rooms. WiFi worked flawlessly as well. In front of the building there is a free car park where you can leave your car. The ladies there are very nice and talkative. I recommend!

You have breakfast from 08:00-10:00 (but be aware if you come at 09:15 to have breakfast, there will be no more pancakes and the sneaky answers from the waitress, with no apologies or leak of respect was a bit to much!) We spent 4 days here at Easter and loved it. The spa was never crowded and the breakfast was the best we have ever had. You can also have dinner in the restaurant, which is also very tasty. We had no neighbours until our last day, but it turns out the walls are very thin, it can be annoying. Nevertheless, we will definitely be back!
