We spent 4 days here at Easter and loved it. The spa was never crowded and the breakfast was the best we have ever had. You can also have dinner in the restaurant, which is also very tasty. I came here to take a break from staying in hostels during my three-month backpacking trip and it was the best night ever! They upgraded my room and the view from the balcony into the mountains was beautiful. The gym is well equipped too and when I went there, I had it all to myself. I would definitely stay here again, everything was amazing.

Good basic accomodation, very reasonable price and great location including buffet breakfast each morning. Except for the periodic random sewerage smells that linger in the air both inside and outside the room. Perfect location and breakfast. Basic rooms but very tidy. Mini fridge would be a massive ➕️

Really 3.5 stars Room was decent with comfortable beds but the bathroom didn’t have a shower stall, rather just one side of the bathroom was separated by a curtain for the shower. The dial on the heater was broken in our room, also, so it was impossible to turn it off. Also, the WiFi is truly awful. However, the breakfast and location of the hotel were excellent. Service was also friendly.

Very basic and it looks quite worn. Several of the amenities is not functioning, the fridge in the room was quite loud. The best things about this place is the central placement and the friendly and helpful staff.

Clean rooms and reasonable prices. Great location. Also massages on site - nothing fancy but effective.

Great location and breakfast in which you have an option to take to go for a small extra amount but the room was old, not like on the photos.

Beautiful hotel right next to Zakopane centre What I disliked was the fact that I reached out to them 2 days ago, regarding spa services because I wanted to book something and they told me that I must do that in the reception when I reach the place. Very comfortable rooms in charming quiet location 10 minutes walk from town centre.Staff helpful although the restaurant would not serve after 8.30pm and ran out of some wines.

Beautiful rooms at a great price. Great staff, lots of food options and fantastic food included for breakfast and also in the restaurant to offer lunch and dinner. A short walk from the main street, putting the hotel in a quiet area, which helps add to a comfortable sleep. I would be very happy staying here again the next time I'm in Zakopane.

This hotel is lovely ! The staff is so friendly. The rooms are big. It has a jacuzzi and sauna plus small gym. The hotel has an own restaurant where the food is excellent! Service is 5*
